HOTEL WBF GRANDE HAKATA

One of the great choice for the hotel near Hakata station. Just 10 mins walk to Hakata station or green line subway. There's minimart just across the road. Less than 5 mins walk to grocery store or amous ramen also good izakaya. Hotel is look new and very clean. No smoking smell. Hotel staff are great service and speak English. There's a free soft drinks bar at 14th floor. Also free public bath both indoor and outdoor anyway it's not big and alway crowded. For me, I don't have any problems with noise or sound from outside. In room is quiet. Due to the building is open area, you have to walk outside to the lift but just 10 sec. For me there's no problem with cold at all. Room, toilet is very clean and look new. Shower is very strong (I like it) and very hot that good for winter. Room also bigger than I thought. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very nice but we have to book a time schedule because many guests in a hotel. Overall I will recommend this holiday.

Kind staff, excellent breakfast, reasonable price, sky lounge with free drink, public bath, not too far from Hakata station, near Seven eleven, many reasons to choose this hotel :) Thank you to the friendly staff who were always very helpful and kind^^

For those who dont mind a 10 min walk to Hakata Station its not bad. Public onsen was a plus for hubby. Too bad we did not use the open air private onsen in our room as weather was too cold for us but the shower massager was also a plus. Room is standard Japanese size which is smaller than International standard. Overall we have no major complaints. Front desk staff put in their best effort to communicate in English. Thumbs UP!

Not a bad hotel in terms of cleanliness and room space. But it is just too far from Hakata station. You will need to walk quite a long way (700m and no subway connected) The onsen is really tiny which can only accommodate 5 or 6 people at a time.

A few minutes walk from metro. Onsen was clean and nice. Great breakfast.

Good value in terms of money Easy to get around as fukuoka CBD area isn't that big Public bath on the top floor is super popular and can be crowded at times The only thing I dislike is the toilet smell which I find common is most hotels in Japan And usually a long queue for waiting the escalators There are only two lifts among 13 floors

Don't live it in winter, you can feel the cool wind if you open the room door, also you can feel the cool weather out of "public bath". That is no security control in the hotel if you entry it, every one can entry thru carpark/main-entrance then use the lift without room key.

There was a public bath and bar free for hotel guests. The hotel had a modern design.

A bit far from train station Bed not too very comfortable Room size was good in comparison to other hotels in Japan The private outdoor bath was the bonus
