KKanariya DateIt was located walking distance from JR Sendai Station, the area is rather quiet since its at the East area side from the station, the staff were really attentive and helpful, room condition definitely meets every expectation well, especially clean and new.
Definitely recommend this hotel without doubt. There is one time we lost a piece of socks from the laundry room, they were able to found it and return it to us. Very grateful to the receptionist and staff(namely加藤) found the lost socks.

Cch.bNos quedamos aquí durante dos años consecutivos y la razón principal es su desayuno buffet que no es una gran línea pero tenían todos los bienes locales famosos para ofrecer, uno de los mejores desayunos con una variedad de opciones locales para que los huéspedes disfruten con el menú adecuado Rotación. Facilitado acceso desde la estación de Sendai, distancia a pie a la estación de Sendai, parada de autobús, supermercado Aeon, tienda Montbell, muchos restaurantes locales cercanos, mart familiar y 7-11. máquina de cafetera disponible en el lobby desde la tarde.

KK 型遊Habitación muy espaciosa. La nuestra tenía un sillón de masaje, ¡lo cual fue genial! Cerca de restaurantes y zonas comerciales, pero un poco a pie de la estación JR. Personal muy amable. El desayuno estaba bien, pero no era impresionante. El vestíbulo era bastante agradable y ofrecía café gratis.

Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.
Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.
Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel en Sendai es muy amable para los viajeros internacionales. Ella nos ayudó con muchas cosas durante nuestra estancia y a organizar el almacenamiento de equipaje antes de la entrada, haciendo todo muy suave y conveniente.
La habitación es un poco más grande que muchos hoteles en Japón, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera más cómoda.
En general, fue una estupenda estancia y no hay nada que quejarse de ella.

15sqm room was small, difficult to fully open suitcases. The bathroom has tight space & the shower tub is too high so need to be careful when stepping in or out & there's no safety rail to hang on to.
The breakfast buffet has roughly same items daily, only minor changes in fruit/vegetable juices & some other items. They provide takeaway boxes for breakfast food to eat in your room or on the trains if you are travelling so that's a big plus.

It’s a little bit far from the station. But there’s a bus stop close by that goes to the station (190 yen in 2026). What I really liked was that the hotel have bikes (with a basket) you can use for free, just ask the receptionen (I only used it once for one hour, but it was good).
The room was a bit spacious, clean and tidy. If you have a suitcase I think you can open it in the room. The bed and pillows were good. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t have hand soap or conditioner. They did have shampoo and body soap though.
The staff was nice and friendly. The amenity was good as well. They didn’t have face wash and face cream, like many other hotels have. But they had the other usual things, so I don’t complain.
When I booked this hotel on trip.com it said the check in is between 15-22, so I checked in before 22. But when I went to the reception 23, there were still people there, and they had a machine where it said check in and out. So maybe you can check in after 22? If you want to do that I would try to send a message or something and ask. Because it felt like it was ok to check in even after 22.
Overall I think we had a good and nice stay at this hotel.
