Hotel is about 2 kms from Kagoshimachuo station , not convenient if you travel by public transport. However, the hotel offer free shuttle bus to/from station, depart every 30 minutes. Public bath not so interesting but pastries in the lobby cafe are really good.

This is a very nice hotel close to Kagoshimachuo station. It is convenient location for taking the Shinkansen and other trains. It is also a short walk or tram journey into Tenmonkan or the port area The room is a good size clean and you can choose a room with a magnificent view of Sakurajima Cleaning is done every two days but you can leave a sticker on your door and they will clean if you wish on off days The bathroom is the biggest I have seen in Japan very modern and nice to use Staff are very friendly and helpful. This place seemed great at first sight, the room and the bathtub are spacious (mine was a double room and I was solo). There's blue light at the lift that creates an ambiance. But the onsen is really poorly organized - it's one pool with nowhere to rest your head and relax - the mist sauna was not available. And I felt very upset that they have welcome drinks on the 13 floor and nobody told me anything... I've learned because I was checking until what time the onsen was open at the paper they give at check in and saw the small info. When I went upstairs was already more than 6 ( it's only until 6) and the guy told me it was not available anymore and I should go downstairs. But I could see there were some other teas that were not downstairs... In fact I had one in my hand and he made me return it. I went downstairs to complain and the woman at reception went up and brought me one tea already prepared, because it needs a special machine... But I wanted to have one for me and not only one already prepared ..(i actually threw it away 🥺 after talking to that rude man I would not take a tea that he prepared and I didn't see) In general this was very unprofessional that information was not given, the man saying I could not take anything, and her taking a long time to return with a prepared tea that I didn't want at that moment. Breakfast was good, could have hot chocolate instead of coffee..

It’s only a 6-minute walk from Kagoshimachuo Station! I stayed in the Tatami Room which can be relatively small for people with big luggages. Like other hostels, the toilets, shower rooms, and common space are shared among the floor. However, I do find the shower area a little small. Many of us wouldn’t enter the shower area if somebody was using the sink because the sink was right in front of one shower cubicle HAHAHA. And yes, there’s only one sink in the common shower area. I would recommend this place if you are doing a short stay in Kagoshima because there’s lots of shops and restaurants around the area! By the way, it’s located along the same lane as the famous “tonkatsu kawakyu とんかつ川久”. Please try it because it’s the best tonkatsu I’ve ever eaten!

El personal es muy amable y servicial. La ubicación es buena. Está a solo unos minutos a pie del autobús lanzadera del aeropuerto de Tenmonkan y de la parada del autobús con vistas a la ciudad. Disfrute del desayuno.

The furniture is a bit dated and worn out but it has a million dollar view of Sakurajima. I had planned to stay only for one night on my way elsewhere but after seeing the view from my balcony, I immediately booked another night and the next day, the staff were very accommodating to allow me to stay in the same room without checking out and checking back in later. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.

Algunos puntos a tener en cuenta si planeas reservar: Está cerca de la estación central, a solo una cuadra de las principales tiendas y opciones de transporte. El hotel cierra la recepción y las puertas de 23:00 a 7:00. Se recomienda hacer el check-in antes de las 23:00. Para entrar y salir del hotel en ese horario, puedes usar tu tarjeta para abrir la puerta principal. Las paredes son delgadas, por lo que es muy probable que escuches a tu vecino. Hay café y bebidas gratis en el vestíbulo.
