Un hotel muy bonito en el centro de Amán. Muy bien ubicado. El servicio y todo fue perfecto. Casualmente, esa noche había una fiesta de Navidad y nos invitaron. Vino y aperitivos. ¡Perfecto!

En general, una estancia agradable en el Ritz-Carlton Amman, aunque sin duda hay margen de mejora. Ventajas: - Las habitaciones son enormes e increíblemente cómodas, con un buen televisor moderno que permite ver contenido desde el móvil y una estupenda ducha de efecto lluvia. Este es, sin duda, el punto fuerte. - El bar Legend's es muy divertido. Los cócteles pueden ser algo insulsos, pero las pantallas gigantes, la música en directo y los simuladores de golf y carreras lo convierten en un bar fantástico. - El restaurante libanés estaba delicioso y es sin duda una excelente opción para cenar. - El desayuno, cuando está disponible, es bastante bueno, pero no excepcional (ver las desventajas para más información). - La ubicación del hotel está lejos del centro, pero cerca de otros hoteles importantes con buen acceso a restaurantes. - El personal es amable y servicial en general. Desventajas: - El restaurante del desayuno es demasiado pequeño para el tamaño del hotel. Tenía el desayuno pagado, pero me lo perdí dos veces porque el restaurante estaba lleno. Esto debería corregirse, ya que el hotel en sí no estaba lleno. Si no pueden atender a la capacidad total de su hotel, esto es un problema grave. El desayuno estuvo bien, pero aun así era escaso en comparación con otros establecimientos de 5 estrellas. - La Nochevieja prometía ser el punto culminante de nuestra estancia, pero nos decepcionó enormemente. Reservamos mesa en Roberto's, pero a pesar de que nos sentaron a las 22:20, tardaron hasta las 23:00 en traernos los aperitivos, y ni siquiera habíamos recibido los platos principales cuando llegó el Año Nuevo. Esto es inaceptable. - Un detalle pequeño pero importante: en general, la limpieza estuvo bien, pero un día volvimos al hotel a las 16:40 y descubrimos que nuestra habitación aún no estaba hecha. Tuvimos que solicitarlo. Espero mucho más de un establecimiento de 5 estrellas, y el hecho de que no esté seguro de que hubiéramos recibido la limpieza sin nuestra solicitud es preocupante. En general, estoy contento con mi estancia. Sigo pensando que el Ritz-Carlton Amman es probablemente la mejor opción de hotel en Amán, pero deja mucho que desear. Mi reseña y calificación reflejan mi opinión en comparación con otros hoteles de la zona.

This hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Amman. Because it is situated on a pedestrian-only street that fills up with restaurant outdoor seating, it can be a bit tricky to find at first. If you prefer a perfectly quiet night, keep in mind that this area is quite lively. On the plus side, you are surrounded by tons of shops and famous local spots like Hashem Restaurant and Habibah Sweets. Major attractions like the Roman Theatre and the Citadel are also within walking distance. The room was really nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the AC blasted cold air, which was a lifesaver after walking around in the heat all day. I booked a room with a balcony, but honestly, it’s not worth the upgrade. There isn't much of a view because of a tall building directly across the narrow street, so you can only really see the street directly below. The bathroom came stocked with amenities like soap, shower gel, and shampoo, and the shower panel had great water options. However, the design could be improved: the half-glass shower wall didn't do a good job of containing the water, so the bathroom floor got completely soaked every time I showered. If you are looking for a hotel right in the city center offered at a really good price, this place is definitely worth it!

Muy buen hotel y personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas si encuentras un buen precio

El hotel tiene una buena relación calidad-precio, con una zona común impecable y un gimnasio estupendo. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El estilo de la habitación era un poco anticuado, sobre todo el baño, aunque estaba muy limpio.

Buena ubicación, fácil acceso a las principales atracciones. Recepción muy servicial.

El hotel dispone de una ubicación privilegiada, a poca distancia a pie de numerosos restaurantes y supermercados, perfectos para la comida y las necesidades diarias. El hotel es un hotel de calidad muy agradable, muy agradable y muy agradable. ¡Muy recomendado, y definitivamente volveremos!

This is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price. The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom. The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning. This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone. I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed. I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom. They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless. There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved. I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.

Уютный отель,чистый хороший номер .европейский вид завтрака , так же есть что то из местной кухни,повар сделает вам омлет по вашим предпочтениям .доброжелательный персонал . Всё понравилось . Расположение не сильно имело значение ,так как всего два дня были в отеле ,перед полётом домой.
