¡Todo fue fantástico! El lugar estaba limpio, cómodo y tal como se describía. Queremos destacar especialmente a los anfitriones: fueron increíblemente amables, acogedores y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos. Hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún más placentera y sin estrés.

One of the best experiences we had with our twice annual travel destinations.  The RentComo location was in the heart of the city, nestled in one of the quaint shopping streets, and walking distance to all the typical tourist stops.  Very nice going back to the apartment each evening, opening the windows and listening to the tourists and locals finishing their shopping or going for dinner.  Very nice apartment with all the comforts; so much more relaxing than the standard hotel room stay.

Personal amable y atento, felicitaciones a la recepcionista, Nives. El servicio siempre está disponible y la ubicación es conveniente. Aunque tenía algunas dudas sobre el olor de la habitación (está bien, pero huele un poco fuerte a productos de limpieza; un olor agradable, claro, con el que puedo vivir, pero preferiría no olerlo), la vista es increíble. Lo recomendaría de nuevo a quien quiera alojarse en el lago de Como; una opción con buena relación calidad-precio.

Extra original. Un lugar increíble con ediciones increíbles. Una piscina de lombrices fantástica. Con un hermoso lago Wieo. Comida e instalaciones excelentes.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Hotel Metropol Suisse-Como.The central location with stunning lake views made the visit even more special. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and the standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly caring and polite. The bar staff were always friendly and attentive, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed that the team even remembered exactly how I like my coffee — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was travelling with my mum, who has mobility difficulties, and the staff went above and beyond for her. They were always ready to help, often running to open the doors for her without us even asking. Their kindness really meant a lot to us. A special mention goes to Elvira, who was wonderfully attentive and polite during breakfast every morning. She always asked about our experience and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were also outstanding, regularly checking if there was anything more they could do to make our stay even better. The food in the restaurant was superb, and it was lovely to see the owner present and engaging with guests to make sure everyone was happy. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the hotel enough and will definitely be returning again and again. Highly recommended!

¡Tuvimos una gran estadía! Fácil acceso a pie al funicular brunate y cerca de varios restaurantes. ¡El hotel hizo increíbles recomendaciones de restaurantes y fue muy servicial con nosotros y nuestros amigos! 10/10 lo recomiendo! Muy limpio también!

La ubicación es conveniente, pero la experiencia no correspondió al punto de precio. El desayuno fue otro descuento. No sabíamos previamente que no se sirvió en ‑site, sino en un café a unos cuatro ‑ minutos a pie. Si bien esto podría estar bien en una mañana soleada, durante nuestra estadía estaba lluviando en Como, y tener que ir afuera sólo para obtener desayuno era lejos de ideal. En general, Convo Lake Como se siente sobrepreciado por lo que ofrece. Entre las habitaciones con fechas, la falta de desayuno en ‑site y las instalaciones de submarino, creo que hay mejores opciones en la zona que ofrecen más confort y valor para el mismo o incluso menor costo.

Buena ubicación con fácil acceso a restaurantes, tiendas y al lago. La habitación tiene una decoración bastante estética, aunque es un poco pequeña. El principal inconveniente fueron los 65 escalones que hay que subir para llegar a ella.
