VVARENYAMMy 7th stay at Roseate House in Delhi once again affirmed my fondness for this property. Despite the rooms being a bit small, the overall atmosphere of the hotel remains exceptionally welcoming, exuding a nice vibe that is notably ***aged by a youthful and dynamic team. The breakfast continues to be a highlight, offering a delightful start to the day with its quality and variety. However, after staying here over the last four years, I've noticed a lack of significant changes or updates to the rooms. To maintain its appeal and comfort, it's time for the hotel to consider some renovation work in the rooms, ensuring that the physical environment matches the high standards of service and hospitality that keep me coming back.

The staff are friendly and helped resolve an issue with extending the stay.
The room has everything necessary: a bed, air conditioning, and amenities. If you have some time, you can visit the outdoor pool.
If you don’t want to gamble with the nearby scam hotels, this is a very good option, although the price is not low.

UUsuario invitadoThere were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

IilpMy review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic).
The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay.
Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)...
Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always)....
Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news.
Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

UUsuario anónimoEl hotel está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación de metro Aerocity, y hay un montón de taxis y tuk-tuks justo afuera, lo que facilita mucho el desplazamiento. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. No noté ningún problema de ruido.
La habitación y el hotel estaban limpios en general, aunque vi una cucaracha pequeña en la habitación. Solo una pequeña. No había agua caliente en la ducha. El refrigerador funcionaba de maravilla.
Algo a tener en cuenta: todos parecían estar muy interesados en recibir propinas. La llave de la habitación deja de funcionar todos los días al mediodía, así que hay que ir a recepción para reiniciarla. Luego, alguien te acompaña a tu habitación y te pide una propina. Si quieres usar el wifi, tienes que pedir en recepción una contraseña que solo funciona para un dispositivo y solo por un día. Cada vez que vuelves a buscar una nueva, esperan otra propina. No sé si es una cuestión cultural o simplemente la forma en que funciona este hotel, pero definitivamente me pareció un poco excesivo.
