The breakfast continues to be a highlight, offering a delightful start to the day with its quality and variety. However, after staying here over the last four years, I've noticed a lack of significant changes or updates to the rooms. To maintain its appeal and comfort, it's time for the hotel to consider some renovation work in the rooms, ensuring that the physical environment matches the high standards of service and hospitality that keep me coming back.

Hace poco me alojé allí durante un viaje rápido y me sorprendió gratamente la relación calidad-precio que obtuve. En primer lugar, la ubicación es inmejorable. A un paso del aeropuerto, pude llegar a mi vuelo en un santiamén, lo que siempre es una gran ventaja para cualquier viajero. Sin embargo, ¡no es solo la comodidad lo que me impresionó! El hotel está ubicado en una zona sorprendentemente tranquila, lo que hace que sea fácil relajarse a pesar de estar tan cerca del ajetreo y el bullicio de la vida del aeropuerto. El personal del Hotel Luxe es realmente su estrella. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out, todos los miembros del equipo con los que interactué fueron cálidos, acogedores y ansiosos por ayudar. IilpMy review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. No noté ningún problema de ruido. La habitación y el hotel estaban limpios en general, aunque vi una cucaracha pequeña en la habitación. Solo una pequeña. No había agua caliente en la ducha. El refrigerador funcionaba de maravilla. Algo a tener en cuenta: todos parecían estar muy interesados en recibir propinas. La llave de la habitación deja de funcionar todos los días al mediodía, así que hay que ir a recepción para reiniciarla. Luego, alguien te acompaña a tu habitación y te pide una propina. Si quieres usar el wifi, tienes que pedir en recepción una contraseña que solo funciona para un dispositivo y solo por un día. Cada vez que vuelves a buscar una nueva, esperan otra propina.
