Great customer service as they made an effort to check my family of four into an inter-connecting room. Great location, in the city center, within walking distance to Jl Tunjungan which is very trendy with cafes and restaurants popular among young people. The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Recommended hotel if you stay at surabaya and it has direct access to Tunjungan Mall. Breakfast spread could be improved as it lack local flavours and the food item was not replenish consistently. However, the excellent service from Ms Siesel, who recommended and delivered to us the ”omelette rawon” made our day special.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Surabaya. Although I arrived late at around 8:00 p.m., I was warmly welcomed by Alfian and Tika at check-in, making me feel at home immediately. Alfian was especially helpful and shared recommendations on things to do in Surabaya, which I really appreciated. Chanif assisted with my luggage and kindly let me know that I could reach out if I needed any help during my stay. Edo and Putri at the restaurant provided pleasant and attentive service throughout. Eko was also very helpful with my luggage. During checkout, Janice and Brian were friendly, professional, and very accommodating, ending my stay on a positive note. Thank you to the entire team at Sheraton Surabaya for your excellent hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Very low standards of cleanliness. After checking in, I asked for the floors to be washed because there was dust and small debris everywhere. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Me alojé en este hotel dos días en una habitación espléndida. En general, todo estuvo bien. La recepcionista fue amable, y el personal de limpieza también fue amable y atento, pero olvidé los nombres de ambos en Hong Kong. El desayuno era bastante variado, con un menú diferente cada día, así que nunca te aburres. Me dieron una habitación en el piso 16, que estaba limpia y tenía una vista estupenda. It’s a decent hotel located in center of Surabaya near to Tunjungan Plaza and Jalan Tunjungan. The room is very standard to everything one person need for few nights stay… nothing fancy. I was assigned room with amazing view from 6th floor. The room is clean and neat and I love that they have smart TV. Wifi is pretty fast and reliable too. One thing for improvement is foul smell on the hallway. I think it’s due to the aging building. However, staffs clean the hallway carpet regularly. I would surely return to this hotel if I go back to Surabaya.

Nuevo hotel, cuando me quedé quizás sólo unas pocas semanas abriendo así para las instalaciones todavía buenas y nuevas. En general, es muy bueno incluyendo el servicio, pero hay algunas cosas que deben mejorarse, especialmente para el estacionamiento de motocicletas donde el acceso es muy estrecho y amargo y estrecho camino, que creo que puede dañar a los huéspedes.
