Great customer service as they made an effort to check my family of four into an inter-connecting room. Great location, in the city center, within walking distance to Jl Tunjungan which is very trendy with cafes and restaurants popular among young people. The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Recommended hotel if you stay at surabaya and it has direct access to Tunjungan Mall. Breakfast spread could be improved as it lack local flavours and the food item was not replenish consistently. However, the excellent service from Ms Siesel, who recommended and delivered to us the ”omelette rawon” made our day special.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Surabaya. Although I arrived late at around 8:00 p.m., I was warmly welcomed by Alfian and Tika at check-in, making me feel at home immediately. Alfian was especially helpful and shared recommendations on things to do in Surabaya, which I really appreciated. Chanif assisted with my luggage and kindly let me know that I could reach out if I needed any help during my stay. Edo and Putri at the restaurant provided pleasant and attentive service throughout. Eko was also very helpful with my luggage. During checkout, Janice and Brian were friendly, professional, and very accommodating, ending my stay on a positive note. Thank you to the entire team at Sheraton Surabaya for your excellent hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Very low standards of cleanliness. After checking in, I asked for the floors to be washed because there was dust and small debris everywhere. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

A petición, el hotel me ofrece hierro y caldera. Pero había un pequeño cocodrilo en el baño. El distribuidor de jabón parece viejo y no muy limpio, pero en general el hotel es bueno. Situación es grande. Recomendado.

First time I arrived I thought it was a little outdated. Then when I saw the room doors they look strange too, but I could easily walk past that. Room needs some renovation or upgrade. One of the front office staff were not even giving off smile (the male one), but yeah I didn’t want to give him too much attention. Didn’t try their breakfast buffet so I cannot comment on that. Tried their soto ayam dish a la carte and it was quite comforting. There was snacks provided, that was well appreciated. Also the housekeeping lady was nice and polite. Overall I may have to put this hotel as a second option next time I’m coming to Surabaya.

i do have a good experience stayed at Quest Hotel. they know what they’re doing also i’m not disappointed with their breakfast buffet. so it’s a good sign. i’ve been to fave hotel which’s one of Archipelago hotels too and theirs are not as good as Quest. overall you won’t be disappointed with the money you spend here

Then I stayed for 2 nights but in the morning I didn't have a drink or offer to clean the room huhu. Pero me gusta el servicio de recepción que es muy amable. También haga desayuno, el recepcionista dijo que en la mañana, por qué puedo tener desayuno en la habitación cuando pregunto por la mañana, no puedo esperar. No sincronizado 🥰🥰

Nuevo hotel, cuando me quedé quizás sólo unas pocas semanas abriendo así para las instalaciones todavía buenas y nuevas. En general, es muy bueno incluyendo el servicio, pero hay algunas cosas que deben mejorarse, especialmente para el estacionamiento de motocicletas donde el acceso es muy estrecho y amargo y estrecho camino, que creo que puede dañar a los huéspedes. En el cuarto de baño, el agua también se ahogó, pero más por este precio, Porque hay un balcón y la habitación también está bien equipada.
