«Hotel Santika offers a great location and excellent service. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. What truly deserves special mention is their thoughtful breakfast service. Breakfast is available from 6:00am to 10:00am, but I had an early ferry at 6:00am and couldn’t make it. The staff offered a takeaway option, and the team kindly arranged to prepare my breakfast early at 5:00am. I honestly expected the request might be overlooked, but they exceeded my expectations. To my surprise, everything was carefully packed: a box of bread and a bento set with the fried rice I requested, along with some fried fish, cutlery, and a bottle of drinking water. The attention to detail was impressive and made my morning so much easier. It was a genuinely pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely return if I’m staying in Batam again. «The location is very good and the service is exceptional.i like how friendly and helpful the staff are. However the cleanliness of the bed blanket is poor.there is dots of unknown stain on both of the towels and the blankets.eventhough they change the towel every housekeeping, the towel is still stained. Other than that the hotel is spacious and relatively well cleaned.»

En realidad, es un hotel (muy) ”completo servicio 3 estrellas” que ofrece una experiencia completa con todos los elementos básicos cubiertos: desayuno, piscina, gimnasio, mini refrigerador en la habitación, AC eficaz, ducha caliente, caldera, conexión WiFi decente, concierge, servicio de habitaciones (aparentemente, no probado!) y lavandería. Caminable al nuevo One Batam Mall, Grand Mercure Hotel e Indomaret Point Coffee 24h 🏪. SNL Food cerca. «Just next to the K Square mall which is finally having more shops (fascinated by the queue in Subway). This is a comfortable no frill hotel. The Eska spa is a great bonus. If you like a quiet and yet convenient access to a promising mall beside - this is great choice. 15-20 mins to the more busy more of Batam. Like it also that it’s near Panbill nature park.»

Many restaurants nearby, The Convenience Store also few steps away. The distance to the airport is quite near around 20 min. from the hotel. And the viral Maru Cave Themed Cafe is just across the road.»
