El hotel es agradable, tienen piscina y desayuno decente que son muy buenos para un estándar a otro hotel de vacaciones express. El único descenso para mí fue el WIFI. Me quedé en el piso 10 y tanto el señal móvil y WIFI fueron un poco inestables. Espero que en el futuro se pueda mejorar la velocidad del WIFI.

Oobekz786From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. Located conveniently yet quietly, the hotel welcomed me with warm smiles and efficient service. The lobby felt elegant and cosy, with soft lighting and a fresh scent that instantly made me feel relaxed.
My room was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. Large windows opened up to a beautiful city view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens and fluffy pillows – I had the best sleep in ages. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged: adequate charging ports, high-quality toiletries, and even a small welcome snack and bottled water waiting for me.
I enjoyed breakfast at their dining area every morning. There was a wide selection of delicious food covering both local favourites and international dishes, all prepared fresh and served nicely. The staff were always friendly and attentive, ready to assist whenever I needed anything.

PPeter2626The location of this hotel is very good and convenient to access. You don’t have to worry about food because there are many restaurants around the area.
The hotel is quite good, but don’t expect it to be as new as a newly built hotel since it has been operating for a long time. Other than that, everything is great. The staff are very polite and helpful.

TTheHotelierzThis hotel is considerably 'a bang for your buck' which have strategic location and much complete facility compared to other that charge the same rate. I spent a night in the hotel, my first impression was that the hotel is quite dark (that is because i cheked in well after 6pm) which then scared me because I thought that the hotel is ******* for some reason. Then, after I turn on every light that is available in the room, turns out its not that bad, it is very comfortable and clean. So here is my tip for any of you guys that wanted to stay here; do it.

2 issues, (1) transporter will extra charge RP5000 or higher on packing fee, according to driver this is the charges from property and as passenger need to pay. We need to clarify, is just a short time to enter the property to pick up and drop off, why need to charge parking fee? property need to control
(2) shower area, water flows out easily

Stay Experience:
Overall, my stay at Novotel Mangga Dua Jakarta was just okay and nothing particularly memorable. It served its basic purpose, but the comfort level could definitely be improved.
Ambiance/Facilities:
The hotel looks decent, but the room felt uncomfortable due to poor temperature control. Even after adjusting the settings, the room remained warm.
Room Comfort:
This was the main downside. The air-conditioning was not cold enough, making the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially after a long day out.
Food:
Food was average. Nothing bad, but nothing special either.
Staff Assistance:
Staff were generally polite, but the overall experience was not enhanced enough to offset the room comfort issues.
Highlights:
Honestly, there weren’t any standout highlights during the stay.
Price:
For the price paid, the experience felt less than what was expected, mainly due to the room condition.
Location:
The location is convenient, especially if you plan to shop around Mangga Dua, but comfort-wise, the stay could be better.
