Overall good. Staff ramah, check in/out mudah, breakfast bervariasi, fasilitas complete.

This location is perfect for golfers! Golf, F&B, wellness…..are all within 20min vicinity, no typical Jakarta jam! The property (seems so for most Mercure hotels I stay recently) is a little old and outdated though……shower, tap, dispensers…..all seem to be falling off or not working in good condition anymore….. Personally, I feel compensated by the nice course view from my room though…..

Location is near Mall MOI, but you still have to use online transport. Check in fast, check out fast. Receptionist is kind and good explanation about bottle water in room, room was ok, bed too soft, pillow too soft and hv bad smell..

Very secluded and not near anything but its the closest best hotel next to PIK so theres that. The hotel room is so comfy cozy though I LOVE IT. the staff is very accomodating but the lobby is so mid and hot tbh like i was worried the rooms would be as mid as the lobby but nope the rooms were GREAT. The view from the room is amazing too. And i rlly love how theres a big water dispenser in each room, the first time i had this experience so its GREAT.

This hotel is considerably 'a bang for your buck' which have strategic location and much complete facility compared to other that charge the same rate. I spent a night in the hotel, my first impression was that the hotel is quite dark (that is because i cheked in well after 6pm) which then scared me because I thought that the hotel is ******* for some reason. Then, after I turn on every light that is available in the room, turns out its not that bad, it is very comfortable and clean. So here is my tip for any of you guys that wanted to stay here; do it.

Hotel muy recomendable y de gran calidad. Desayuno excelente con mucha variedad y platos preparados al momento, principalmente fideos fritos y arroz. Piscinas excelentes, a los niños les encantan. Habitación espaciosa y excelente servicio de habitaciones. En cuanto a la ubicación, depende de adónde vayas; está cerca de Ancol y de parques temáticos. Además, pedir taxis o alquilar un coche es muy sencillo y cómodo a través de aplicaciones.

This is a surprising gem that is matches any 4 star hotel in the West, but simply not as well known by international travellers as it's not part of the big chains. Modern. Clean and ideally located in the Mall of Indonesia. This is a fantastic hotel with comfortable beds, generous locally themed breakfasts and excellent service, and all at unheard of rates that couldn't even be found at budget hotels in North America. I ended up extending my stay here twice as it was just that ideal with the nearby Mall also offering additional shopping and dining options. Well worth the stay.

Check in was easy, hostel was very accommodating. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is good in the middle of everything... Cafe, restaurant, bar even beach club.... Overall a good stay and will come back.
