Hi Discovery. First of all, im grateful that you've upgraded my room to a connecting room since I reserved a different type of room. ketika saya bilang kamar satu lg minta didekatkan cuz im staying with my kids. You offered me a connecting room with an upgraded room without any charge. I'm so grateful thank you. And also, nice pool & playground. However, I'm really sorry to say that I'm kinda disappointed staying at your place though, since it's a 4 star hotel. Handuk yang tidak lagi putih dan sudah agak bau, check in yang super lama, banyak sekali guests yg datang setelah saya masih belum dapat kamar hingga jam 5 sore. It was chaos. Saya sengaja check in di jam 3 hoping the room is ready krn kami mau main sore kepantai. Unfortunately.. saya masih harus menunggu another 30 minutes cuz the room is being cleaned. Ketika di jam 3.30 kami menanyakan kembali kamar kami, ternyata baru satu kamar yg ready. Kamar satu lagi kami masih harus menunggu another half hour. Yang paling mengecewakan adalah variety of your food breakfast. Not much of a choice. Roti pun tidak ada panggangannya dan hanya ada margarine, chocolate dan blueberry jam. Pastry dan doughnuts yg habis dan lama sekali di refill. Juga main course yang habis dan juga lamaaa sekali di isi ulang. Btw, kami di arahkan breakfast di lantai bawah, krn ruangan resto utama penuh. But I didn't expect the food to be so average for a 4 star hotel. Please take care of your hotel cuz my kids loves your pool and playground. Looking forward till the renovations are done.

I still have some feedback to say for the hotel's improvement, but I want to give the full 5 stars anyway to tell them that they have the potential. First of all, the location and the interior of the room were great! I booked the De Luxe but we were upgraded to a much bigger one. The room is really a 4-star hotel! On the other hand, I can see that after a year of operation, facilities are starting to show signs of wear and tear. They have continuous renovations but I don't think everybody is doing their best to clean or maintain the cleanliness (especially the toilet) and to assist the guests. When you request something, it will take a long time before they deliver even if they already have the robot (which is actually amazing). The bathroom is fantastic but I see that they can still improve on cleaning to remove the stains in corners and toilet bowl. These are important simple things I believe to maintain the aesthetic of your hotel. They have a space for Work or meetings and the laundry room and gym are just so amazing. Don't get me wrong, despite my negative comments, I have to say that Elong hotel is a great hotel in PIK (worth the price). I will definitely book again, why not? More power to you, Elong hotel!

The hotel is located at PIK Avenue and about 15-20 mins from the airport. We were welcomed with great hospitality from the hotel and had food delivered to our room multiple times. The service was great overall, and you can pay the food using cash or card. It was just unfortunate that I had food poisoning on one of the days, though I am not sure which food was the cause of it… but I was certain as I didn’t eat anything else that day. Other than that, everything was great!

Una estancia agradable. Vistas espectaculares, cerca de la sala de conciertos, desayuno muy variado, en general todo genial. 😄

I liked the swimming pools, especially the outdoor one, they're kid's pool and the adult pool, the adult one was so big and decorated with manicure garden around them, they are probably the best in Jakarta for hotel resorts. That's enjoyable. The breakfast was fine except they didn't put more bakeries around 45 minutes before 10 am at the closing time, we didn't get things like croissants etc, we were disappointed. The service from reception was not great, when we called in to inform them that our room was missing an ironing board and a few things that they supposed to be in kitchen, the called was not answered after waiting for a while. So we had to go down on foot to go to reception. After all of that they still didn't fully provided what we requested, we were not demanding people, we just wanted have what supposed to be there. Crossing the road to Pik Avenue Mall was very challenging, there were pedestrians crossing but in Indonesia they don't stop and give way at zebra crossing, we had to follow locals who were familiar and knew how to cross through heavy traffic bravely.

Hotel muy recomendable y de gran calidad. Desayuno excelente con mucha variedad y platos preparados al momento, principalmente fideos fritos y arroz. Piscinas excelentes, a los niños les encantan. Habitación espaciosa y excelente servicio de habitaciones. En cuanto a la ubicación, depende de adónde vayas; está cerca de Ancol y de parques temáticos. Además, pedir taxis o alquilar un coche es muy sencillo y cómodo a través de aplicaciones.

Llegamos sobre las 21:00 y el personal del hotel no permite salidas tardías. Nos agradó la oferta de cambiarnos a una habitación de lujo para fumadores, pero la rechazamos. A la mañana siguiente, fuimos a la piscina y disfrutamos de las instalaciones, pero tuvimos que llevar una toalla de la habitación a la piscina, como nos habían recomendado la noche anterior. Después de usarla, podíamos pedir una nueva al servicio de habitaciones. Por cierto, hay una puerta corredera que conecta la habitación con el lavabo; asegúrate de cerrarla con llave desde dentro del baño antes de ducharte.

Unbeatable Views and Resort Vibes! I recently had a short stay at Gold Coast PIK, and it was exactly the escape I needed. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a resort but sits right in the heart of the action, this is it. I was lucky enough to have a unit that offered both the sparkling sea view and the dazzling city skyline. There are multiple pools to choose from (both indoor and outdoor). The outdoor pool area is stunning, very tropical and well-maintained.

Check in was easy, hostel was very accommodating. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is good in the middle of everything... Cafe, restaurant, bar even beach club.... Overall a good stay and will come back.
