Situada cerca de un pintoresco río, esta cafetería ofrece un refrescante respiro del bullicio de la ciudad. Su terraza al aire libre ofrece vistas impresionantes, lo que la convierte en el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de un café al atardecer. En su interior, el diseño es cálido y acogedor, con iluminación tenue y una decoración rústica. Su ambiente tranquilo la convierte en el lugar ideal para relajarse con un libro, conversar en silencio o simplemente disfrutar de la naturaleza. La zona es apacible, pero lo suficientemente cerca de tiendas y espacios públicos para mayor comodidad. Es un tesoro escondido que combina accesibilidad con una sensación de refugio, lo que la convierte en un lugar popular tanto para los lugareños como para los viajeros.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in process was smooth — in fact, I was given an early check-in which I truly appreciated. The room was spacious and breakfast was good with a nice variety. My only concern was the air-conditioning in the room I stayed in. Unfortunately, it wasn’t cooling properly. I informed the front desk, and the technician came to check, but there was no improvement. This made the stay less comfortable. Other than that, everything else was great good.

Stayed for 5 days 4 nights here. Concierge staff and reception were excellent. Hotel building is pretty dated and full of wear and tear. Water dripping from ceiling and caused wetness on floor, got worried, called and texted to their WhatsApp but no response, so waited at least half hour to send technician over. Spa massage was neither good nor value for money, 2x price from what you can get in SKA shopping mall. Housekeeping was great, managed to get some good nights sleep here

The hotel located less than 10 mins from Airport and they provided free airport shuttle as well. Not only that, there were many eateries around just next to the hotel such as Bakery shop, Indomaret. The room was clean, have a nice view (need to request higher floor), good water pressure for showering. The only downside were the AC was not cool enough during my stay and the room was a bit small. Hope the hotel can fix the AC. The breakfast buffet was decent and have a lot of variety. Overall, it was worth my penny and decent stay.

Extended stay.. No complaints, ita a low budget hotel, not tiptop clean but its clean enough for me, ac and water heater all made it, bed ok, not too soft nor hard, it has a small cafeteria that provides breakfast for free, a small convenient store, come stay here if you have shoestring budget like me.. Location is best as far as Pekanbaru is concern..it's along Jalan Sudirman, check out the no-pork no-lard Anom chinese seafood restaurant opposite the hotel..it serves traditional chinese food, very big portion, decent price..

Welcoming staff, nice clean room and great location to the airport for a short stay. Room service was fast and food/drink delicious! Thankyou :)

Overall, the hotel in Pekanbaru is quite cheap and offers good value for money. The room itself was comfortable and generally well maintained. The only downside I noticed was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which might be due to the cleaning not being done thoroughly or possibly an issue with the plumbing Breakfast was fairly standard, nothing fancy, but still decent and enjoyable. One highlight was the reception staf… they were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay, which made a positive difference. Another convenience is the location: right next to the hotel there is an Indomaret and a coffee shop, making it easy to grab daily necessities or a quick drink. However, you should be careful when crossing the road in front of the hotel, as traffic can be quite busy

I stayed at Novotel Pekanbaru with my wife and children for a short staycation. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great choice for a family getaway.

Ubicación muy estratégica. Todo cerca. Puedes encontrar comida y compras en un edificio. Pasar Bawah también en el mismo edificio porque ahora está en renovación. Cada vez que venga a Riau me quedaré aquí.

El lugar es acogedor, bonito, feliz de quedarme aquí. La habitación está limpia. Ven aquí de nuevo mañana
