I’ve stayed at Pullman on several occasions, and the staff have always been friendly, professional, and helpful. However, this particular stay was more challenging than my previous experiences. Upon checking in, I encountered several issues with the room. The shower head was dripping, the sliding door to the bathroom was faulty, and the air conditioning was not cooling sufficiently. To the hotel's credit, these issues were attended to promptly. Unfortunately, the sliding door malfunctioned again later during my stay, although it was repaired quickly once more. As I was staying for 12 days, I was disappointed to learn that the complimentary laundry service is only available for bookings made directly through the hotel. I had initially tried to book directly through the hotel via the Citibank Concierge service, but unfortunately, no rooms were available through that channel, so I had to make my reservation through an alternative booking platform. Given the circumstances and the length of my stay, I had hoped the hotel could have extended the complimentary laundry service as a goodwill gesture. I would also like to thank the hotel for the complimentary beer and food platter provided over the weekend. It was a thoughtful gesture and was very much appreciated. Lastly, there was a fire incident on the final day of my stay, which was understandably quite alarming and left a lasting impression. Despite these setbacks, Pullman remains one of my favourite hotels because of its excellent service and welcoming staff. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to invest in upgrading its facilities and strengthening its safety and security standards so that guests can continue to enjoy a comfortable and worry-free stay. I look forward to returning in the future and having an even better experience.

Excelente ubicación, en el corazón del barrio antiguo. A solo unos metros de : Museos Tienda de conveniencia Mercado de comida típica ( en el mismo edificio ) Personal muy amable! Instalaciones muy cómodas. Ambiente tranquilo ❤️

Desde que empecé a viajar sola, desde mi primer viaje a Johor Bahru (Malasia) en 2019 hasta mi viaje a China en 2022, siempre elegí el hotel Hilton. Hilton es uno de mis hoteles favoritos. ❤️🤌🏻 - Excelente ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto. - Limpio. - La piscina también está limpia y no suele estar abarrotada. - La habitación también está limpia. 😍 - ¡Una vista increíble desde mi habitación! ❤️🤌🏻

El personal del hotel fue acogedor y amable. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, ¡todo funcionaba bien! El desayuno también era delicioso con muchas opciones. Buena comida local y tiendas cerca de la zona, a poca distancia. ¡Reservaría y me alojaría de nuevo!

During checking in, the hotel did not acknowledge the travel voucher. It took some time and tire us since we checked in very late (around 1-2 am). Finally they checked us in manually.

El costo de vida en Indonesia no es realmente alto. Las condiciones generales del hotel donde me alojé eran bastante buenas. Está frente a la mayor ciudad de ferretería de Yakarta. Es un lugar tranquilo en el centro. Junto a él se encuentran el Banco Industrial y Comercial de China y Starbucks. Los grupos de turistas suelen alojarse aquí. Nos reunimos y cantamos en el restaurante del primer piso por la noche, que tiene un buen ambiente 🎤.
