Hotel muy bien situado lindando con el Parlamento. Limpieza muy buena, Ubicación magnífica para turismo Desayuno bien pero poca variedad. Muycrecomendable

Este hotel Ibis fue excelente, al igual que muchos otros hoteles Ibis en los que me he alojado. Elegí una habitación estándar con cama doble y me dieron la 314. La vista desde la ventana daba al patio trasero, que no era especialmente bonito, pero estaba libre de multitudes de turistas y ruido. El desayuno era el típico europeo, con una amplia selección de comida, zumos naturales, té y café. Estaba delicioso. La habitación tenía pequeños desperfectos, como arañazos en las paredes, pero no los consideré un problema importante. El servicio de habitaciones estaba disponible a diario. Gracias al equipo de atención al cliente por la grata sorpresa.

Me encantó mi estancia en el Moxy Tbilisi: un ambiente genial, una ubicación fantástica y un personal súper amable. El lugar perfecto para explorar la ciudad.

El recepcionista es grosero. Falta de profesionalismo. Informé a la gerencia, lo cual agradezco. Capaciten a su personal sobre cortesía y profesionalismo.

Hermoso hotel, convenientemente ubicado (prácticamente cerca de la ciudad vieja, pero en un entorno mucho más tranquilo). Las habitaciones tienen techos altos y baños bien equipados. El desayuno es bueno y el servicio es atento. Lugar bastante elegante

I had a really great stay at this capsule hotel. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The capsule itself was cozy and gave enough privacy to rest properly. The staff were also very friendly and helpful during my stay. The location is convenient and easy to access, especially for travelers. I also liked the atmosphere because it felt calm and safe. Everything I needed was provided, and the facilities were maintained very well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tbilisi.

Nos alojamos en este hotel tres noches en dos habitaciones diferentes. Aquí les dejo las ventajas y desventajas que me gustaría destacar. Ventajas: - Ubicación conveniente. El hotel está cerca del centro, a 20 minutos a pie de la avenida Rustaveli, cruzando el Puente Seco y los parques. Cerca hay una calle peatonal con restaurantes y Spar. - Las habitaciones son tranquilas, especialmente en la segunda planta. Pero hay un inconveniente: dentro del hotel hay bastante ruido. Y si los ruidos de la calle no te molestan, lo que ocurre en el vestíbulo se puede oír como si estuvieras allí. Sin embargo, el hotel es pequeño, así que seguro que nadie hará mucho ruido :) - El hotel y las habitaciones son bastante acogedores. Mucha iluminación, grandes ventanales, una hermosa vista de la ciudad (habitación 1) o de los tejados (habitación 5). Hay té o café para que te des un capricho. Desventajas: - La mayor desventaja es la falta de administrador. Está allí, pero solo en horario laboral. Ni por la mañana ni por la noche, es imposible resolver problemas, preguntar ni averiguar nada. Y parece que este problema no fue solo nuestro, a juzgar por la cantidad de gente que durante nuestra estancia intentó contactar con la administradora tocando desesperadamente el timbre. Una noche, casi al amanecer, entraron al hotel y empezaron a hablar en voz alta, a hacer ruido, a tocar el timbre e intentar contactar con la administradora. No lo consiguieron, pero nadie dormía. - Almohadas incómodas. Aunque quizás solo nos parecieron incómodas a nosotros. - Puertas chirriantes. Nos preocupaba mucho que al abrir y cerrar la puerta del baño del segundo piso despertáramos a todo el hotel. Se pueden engrasar las puertas y el problema está solucionado :) - Y no es una pega, sino una observación: en las habitaciones dobles hay una mesa grande, dos tazas y una tetera. Es decir, se da a entender que se puede tomar té en ella, dos personas. ¡Pero por alguna razón solo hay una silla en todas partes! Definitivamente necesito otra silla :) En general, el hotel es acogedor. Creo que es una buena opción para pasar unas noches en Tiflis :)

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
