Estuvimos encantados a pesar de la lluvia, tuvimos un gran tiempo.

¡Voy a dar este hotel, Wilson Arms, mi más alto rango nunca! El hotel está muy bien situado, incluyendo desayuno cocido - tenía un inglés completo. La habitación tiene dos sillas de mano, una cama grande y un hermoso baño. La última comida también fue deliciosa y de gran valor. Sólo unos pocos habitaciones y completamente reservados anoche.

Excellent hotel, breakfast especially good, impecable service throughought with lovely professional staff. Will be returning.

The cottage is a little hard to find as the GPS takes to a different location in the hamlet. Once you find it though the cottage is absolutely lovely and secluded up on the hill above the hamlet of Houlsyke. and accessed through a narrow break in the buildings and up a private road to hollins Farm about halfway up the hill. The farm is very peaceful and the location is excellent for exploring the moors as well as many villages close by like Danby and others. A day trip to Whitby which is about 12 miles away is also easy from this location. The cottage is very well equipped and comforatble and it is great getting back to nature with horses, cows, rabbits and chickens always around the cottage. A short walk up the hill behind the farm brings you to one of the many local Moors and you can walk up a track through the moors to the Danby Beacon

Our staying at the Witching Post Inn could have not been better. Our room was spacious and very confortable. And the place has a lot of personality and history. If you want to know the roots of this place you can speak to the landlord, Pete. But more important Pete makes you feel at home, as you are part of the family. The stories, the jokes and the environment in the pub is so cosy that makes you feel you are between friends. And don't look anywhere else for food and drinks. We had dinner in here during the Parmo night, and the food was fantastic, one of the best we had in the area. And this includes the beer and gins. Also, we vouch for the breakfast, the full breakfast is delicious and we couldn't get enough of it. If you are staying the area, please do yourself a favor and stay at the Witching Post Inn. I am glad we chose this place for our staying, and a big thanks to Pete and all the staff for the lovely and welcoming staying

They are very clean and have very detailed preparation at everything . Perfect location . Nice sea view at breakfast hall. Bed is comfortable and walking distance to bus stop. Excellent

Lovely place great staff prices was great , best place I’ve stayed for the price.

A nice comfortable hotel with helpful friendly staff who are easy to communicate with in person or by phone. The hotel is located towards the top part of West Cliff which is good for walking downhill towards centre of town but also the hotel is within a very short walk to the sea view and beach.
