TTansiyiVentaja: amplio, muy sabroso. 1.8 metros de cama es muy cómoda.
Desventaja: sin aire acondicionado, la puerta es una escalera de diez grados, no te ayudará a limpiar el equipaje.Me mudo yo mismo.

Service- Staff were very friendly. Toni, Nicola, Daniel- were fab. They helped me store my special medication.
They have facility for keeping luggage after checkout which was very helpful
Amenities- Swimming pool, steam, sauna, gym onsite with full access with room booking. Towels available at no extra cost at the facilities. The showers were broken/ no hot water. So we used room showers for bath after using the these services.
Room- was beautiful and clean with lovely large screen smart tele. There was a locker and small mini fridge in the room with tea/coffe bar, iron with iron board, hair dryer. They also provide tap water from front desk for tea etc. There was a bath and shower both! The toilet and bath did not have locks- but I was in with my kids- so worked fine. One bedside light switch was broken- but didn’t need to use this. The room temp was rather warm- front seat kindly lent us a big table fan- which was very helpful.
They have bar and restaurant- we didn’t need to use these. The

I recently stayed at a voco hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel has a modern and vibrant atmosphere that I really enjoyed upon arrival. The décor is stylish, and the overall ambiance is inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome during check-in.
However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. While the room was clean and well-appointed, I found it to be smaller than I expected, which made it a bit cramped for two guests. Additionally, I encountered some minor issues with the amenities; for instance, the Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable at times, which was frustrating during my stay.
The hotel's location was decent, with several restaurants and attractions within walking distance, but it wasn't as central as I had hoped. Overall, voco has a great concept with its focus on sustainability and unique twists, but a few tweaks could enhance the overall experience. I would consider staying again, but with slightly lower expectations.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es muy agradable, tiene juegos como ping pong y dardos en la zona de recepción para jugar gratis y un buen bar. Cuando nos inspeccionamos, dijeron que había un bar y un despacho de recepción 24 horas, pero cuando bajé a las 3:00 no vi a un trabajador, pero volvería aquí otra vez.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating at all times.
The only comment I would like to raise is that we were given room 9 which was described as an accessible room (which we didn’t need) but it was completely inappropriate as accessible as the shower ( which was in the bath) would have been completely unsuitable for a wheelchair user, or someone else with difficulty moving who wouldn’t have been able to climb into the bath to use it.
Breakfast was excellent.

SSofia sees the worldMuy cerca del centro de la ciudad con acceso a la comida tarde a la noche. 15 minutos a pie a la estación de tren. La habitación es temprana y el baño es limpio. Sin embargo, no hay instalaciones. Pagué otros 10 libras para comprobar a principios de la 12. El ascensor no funcionaba en ese momento.

UUsuario invitadoVery good in terms of location, A nice little walk to the centre but far enough out that you don’t really get the noise of the late night drinkers (sat/friday). The room was a decent size for what we paid, nice shower and bathroom small but good for the money we paid. However, the room was really really hot. We had to sleep with both windows open, AC didn’t work at all. The TV has all the normal channels and it worked perfectly. The coffee machine area downstairs was helpful however they didnt give us any cups, put any available out for people to grab or tell us that they even had any. No tea bags or little things of milk which would have been helpful. The machine does make tea however we both werent sure how useful/good it would have been. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a cheap stay in reading.

UUsuario invitadoAfter requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy.
The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night.
Not sure if recommended staying here. .

88A8It was our first time booking here, and we didn't expect much for the price. Despite bad reviews, our experience was pleasant. The reception staff were polite, and the room was fine. We could hear footsteps from upstairs, and the wall was a bit damaged, likely due to refurbishing, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, everything was good, and we might return once it's fully refurbished. Thanks!
