Justo en la estación de tren, la actitud del recepcionista fue muy buena. La primera habitación era el piso superior. Aunque tenía aire acondicionado, hacía calor. El camarero nos llevó a ver dos habitaciones. Elijamos uno, el único lamento. Es un estándar de tres estrellas sin hervidor eléctrico.

Located across from the train station and not far from the cathedral, this was a good hotel for a stopover while traveling. The neighborhood is so-so, but the location is convenient and the hotel itself was very good. Staff were excellent. For parking, there are spots usually on the same street - paid spaces during the day then free at night. There's a spa and pool w/sauna and stream room as well - payable by the hour at the hotel. Both were very clean and nice. Pool towels provided once you go inside the pool area. Rooms were nice, it's worth paying extra for a bigger room. Breakfast was fine as well. Good wifi signal throughout the hotel. A good stay while passing through.

El hotel está muy bien situado, apartamentos confortables y limpios, con decoración cuidadosa. La posibilidad de un estacionamiento a precios muy asequibles en el centro de la ciudad es apreciable. Las camas son de calidad. Sin embargo, el proceso de llegada autónoma, sin duda práctica, basado en el código QR, es un poco difícil. En nuestro caso, lo más difícil fue descubrir que la petición de preparar el sofá en la cama (expresada en el momento de la entrada por teléfono, fue mi error porque escuchar a la persona en el teléfono, En este establecimiento se puede leer sólo SMS y correo electrónico y no se acostumbra a la voz humana...) no se ha respetado. Después de 6 horas de camino y de cierres, me he ido a la aventura para encontrar la toalla, un cuchillo, un cuchillo de cuchillo, un auricular, etc. Y tener que preparar el famoso sofá cama ... Por último, la lámpara de la estancia se quedó en pantalla durante 3 días, aunque Seguir recibiendo el SMS (uno más) justo después de la entrada al apartamento invitando a un vaso de bienvenida en el establecimiento de restauración adjunto. Así que un buen establecimiento, pero que merecería un poco de alma y de presencia humana con una gobernante digna de ese nombre.

Three of us stayed in a large studio big enough for 4. It was well equipped and comfortable and despite having no air conditioning, a fan was provided and shutters kept the room cool. We only had one night as part of a long journey but the kitchen area is definitely good enough for a self catering break. Given the weather, a balcony would have been nice but there are lots of benches to sit on by the river. Parking has secure access so definitely worth paying for as there as little parking on the street outside. Continental breakfast was fine with a nice little outdoor terrace. You can walk along a lovely river path into Limoges in about 25 minutes. It's a nice town, but try to avoid Mondays! It was our only day there and most shops and restaurants were closed!

Blague 3: the maître d’ three months ago was a complete novice who tried to open a bottle of champagne with a corkscrew 😁 now he’s in charge he cannot see the customer failure of serving a table at different times. Cuando dije “C’est une blague” él dijo que no era Blague 4: el hamburguesa de pollo de €17.50 era tres nudges de pollo. Blague 5: el queso ofrecido “Tome” era el queso más antiguo imaginable. Claramente descargando el antiguo stock. Yo estoy muy atrasado por los Novotels que hemos usado y disfrutado durante años; esto es una broma, pero creo que lo ha hecho.

I have to say overall this is a very good hotel which i have stayed at many times. I requested a calm room & was initially offered room 310. As soon as we walked in the smell of fried food was terrible also the fan for the air con did not switch off which meant we had to change rooms first to the 5th floor & was then told sorry can't use that it will be the 4th floor. This hotel seems to lack staff to cope with such events. We had a meal next door which is no longer La Boucherie & as such has less choice. I ordered a glass of wine which was adequate but the refill was half the size. My reaction to this was met by a rude waitress. Breakfast is not worth the money if you are looking for any hot food. Gone are the lovely scrambled eggs & bacon for a dried omelet & frankfurter. Not the best experience this time.

La entrada y la recuperación de las llaves a las 00:30 en automática ¡Qué alegría!
Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero todo está estudiado para un confort! ¡Buen cama! Pero faltan otros dos cocinas! Sala de ducha pequeña y olor de arroz extraño en las habitaciones se tuvo que abrir!
El precio de la relación calidad-precio es realmente un hotel donde se hace bueno vivir...
Gracias a la persona de noche por la disponibilidad!
Para el hogar de la mañana a las 9:30, evite golpear las puertas para saber si puede hacerlo??? Los que se descansan quieren tranquilidad.

Avis identique à celui déposer sur Google. Établissement réellement très agréable très bien entretenu personnels adorables chambre très bien literie parfaite dans la 104 mettre une tablette pour poser à côté de l'évier et un porte serviette à côté de la douche serait le top si non je reviendrai à chaque passage sur limoges parking gratuit la nuit et nombreuses place . Merci à vous et si les gens ce demande pourquoi Enzo aller réserver une chambre vous serez agréablement surpris. Merci encore aux responsables de l'hôtel pour vôtre accueil. Chambre 104 du 18 au 19 septembre.
