Estancia muy tranquila en Aquisgrán. Habitaciones bonitas y limpias. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad y está bastante bueno.

The Hotel was very nice. Nice big rooms,great shower,nice staff and decent breakfast. The rooms could really do with a fridge,as they don't have a restaurant and if you bought a salad our sandwiches you had know where to keep them cool. Also, if 2 people staying in a room,more coffee and milk is required. You can ask reception for extra coffee and milk,but be better if they can at least give you 4 coffee instead of 2

Very clean and quiet room. amenities are ok: coffee maker, minibar, cups and electric kettle are practical. Would be great if it had a bottle of water and hair conditioner in bath.

Este lugar era increíble. El personal era muy amable. Lamentablemente, no pudimos disfrutar de la terraza con las impresionantes vistas de Aquisgrán porque estaba lloviendo… Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez.

El personal no fue muy amigable cuando llegamos a la noche ...

Mi amigo y yo fuimos al examen de Aquisgrán. Es realmente súper silencioso, no. Un poco lejos de la ciudad. Sin embargo, la habitación en general es buena. Todavía vale la pena.

Hôtel avec parking excentré de la petite ville. Environnement 2km7 soit à pied ou en bus. Parfait pour nous. Chambre, literie très confortable. Accueil souriant, agréable et serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux et pour tous les goûts. Bon séjour 😊

Location is excellent, right off the square overlooking the cathedral right in the heart of Aachen. Room was nice and large. There was no personal service, didn't see a member of staff at all. we knew a cleaner had been but thats it. Needs modernising. No aircon, small fan was provided but it did not do much to help. No usb socketed power to charge phones near bed. Beds were very comfortable but needs extra pillows. bathroom was excellent.

El hotel es un hotel de calidad y de calidad. Pero después de las 10:00, el código para abrir la puerta delantera no funcionaba, y el teléfono no siempre respondió (que fue 4 días). El sábado 1 de noviembre de 2025, alrededor de ocho personas se reunieron en la puerta del hotel (es decir, no fui el único con este problema). Estoy seguro de que la recepción pasó el problema en ... y luego ... ignoró! ¡Por favor, corrija el problema con el código no funciona! La gente quiere dormir en el alojamiento que reservaron ... no caminar por toda la noche ... ¡Buena suerte!
