Staff was friendly and accommodating, the place is an easy walk from Mainz Hbf so train and local amenities are near, room was warm, I had a queen room but they use two singles put together which I felt was strange as you can only really sleep on one side but it was comfortable to sleep, room isn't quiet, the trains are near the hotel so early morning it can be noisy if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the people in the rooms next to you, I had a guy with the deepest snore next to me it was like the room was vibrating, if you are a deep sleeper then its perfect otherwise light sleepers might have trouble.

La habitación es limpia, las instalaciones están completas, las bebidas minibar son gratis, la recepción y el servicio de la tienda son muy buenos. Hay sorpresas sorpresas antes de Navidad. Recomendado para permanecer.

Everything was fine. Room with enough space and cleaning. Location is not central located but fits perfectly for our family visit: next to Kaufland. Short driving distance to every where. We will definitely stay here next time when we visit Mainz.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Schritte von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und komfortabel. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl und war von hoher Qualität. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Este hotel económico de primera categoría se encuentra en el pintoresco y revitalizado distrito de Zollhafen. Ofrece un ambiente impecable, estilo loft, perfecto para escapadas urbanas o viajes de negocios. Las habitaciones están limpias y cuentan con ropa de cama cómoda, aire acondicionado y amplias duchas. El aislamiento acústico es excelente a pesar de la cercanía de las líneas de transporte público. La distribución de las habitaciones es minimalista; carecen de armarios (aunque ofrecen perchas básicas) y minineveras, por lo que son ideales para viajar ligero. Las ventanas no se pueden abrir. El hotel dispone de recepción 24 horas y un desayuno buffet estándar. El hotel está ubicado en un tranquilo barrio ribereño. Se encuentra a 30 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, pero las paradas de tranvía, autobús y la estación de tren Mainz Nord están a pocos pasos.

The hotel is a bit of old but well maintained. It’s not in the city center but has a few restaurants around. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. However, the refrigerator did make a lot of noise in my room. Other than that, everything is good.

The location is good, but I had to walk under a bridge to get to the metro. The area under the bridge was quite dirty, and my room was very noisy because it was too close to the railway

Near motorway, clean, small rooms, adequate for a one night stay, no more free parking though.

The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm.
