Staff was friendly and accommodating, the place is an easy walk from Mainz Hbf so train and local amenities are near, room was warm, I had a queen room but they use two singles put together which I felt was strange as you can only really sleep on one side but it was comfortable to sleep, room isn't quiet, the trains are near the hotel so early morning it can be noisy if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the people in the rooms next to you, I had a guy with the deepest snore next to me it was like the room was vibrating, if you are a deep sleeper then its perfect otherwise light sleepers might have trouble.

La habitación es limpia, las instalaciones están completas, las bebidas minibar son gratis, la recepción y el servicio de la tienda son muy buenos. Hay sorpresas sorpresas antes de Navidad. Recomendado para permanecer.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Schritte von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und komfortabel. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl und war von hoher Qualität. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Hay paradas de autobús justo enfrente del hotel. Está a solo dos paradas de Ban Hop, así que fue muy práctico para transportar el equipaje. Se tarda unos 7 minutos a pie. La habitación estaba limpia y perfectamente organizada cada día, así que me sentía a gusto cada vez que salía y volvía. Me alojé en una habitación triple; aunque las camas eran pequeñas, pude descansar cómodamente en mi propia cama. ¡El personal de recepción fue muy amable en todo momento!

The hotel is a bit of old but well maintained. It’s not in the city center but has a few restaurants around. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. However, the refrigerator did make a lot of noise in my room. Other than that, everything is good.

Near motorway, clean, small rooms, adequate for a one night stay, no more free parking though.

The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm.
