Recibimos un excelente servicio en este hotel durante el check-in, proporcionado por Aaryan. Nos ayudó a llegar al aparcamiento, fue muy amable y nos consiguió una habitación en la torre principal, donde había ascensor (a pesar de haber reservado la habitación anexa, que era más económica). Incluso nos ofreció sugerencias sobre el buen tiempo durante nuestra estancia en Múnich y se aseguró de saludarnos y preguntarnos cómo estábamos cada vez que lo veíamos. Su atención al cliente fue natural y amable. El hotel es un poco antiguo y tiene una decoración interesante. La habitación tenía un sofá futón, una buena cama, un escritorio, una estación de café y té, un armario, una mininevera (con refrescos y agua de pago), una base para iPod, un televisor de buen tamaño y mucho espacio en la encimera para guardar nuestras cosas. También nos dieron ositos de goma y un par de galletas en la habitación, lo cual fue un placer. La cama era cómoda y el hotel puede proporcionar más ropa de cama o almohadas si lo solicitamos. Nos pareció que la limpieza podría haber sido mejor, ya que nuestras tazas de té estaban un poco sucias. El baño era interesante, con dos taburetes, pero realmente no había sitio para ponerlos. La ducha no era nuestra favorita, ya que no tenía puerta ni cortina, y el cristal no era suficiente para retener el agua. Hay un champú y gel de ducha todo en uno que estaba bien. Las toallas eran un poco finas y no vendría mal un cambio. El precio del hotel era bueno y nos pareció que tenía una ubicación decente. Está un poco lejos de las principales atracciones de Múnich, pero tiene buen acceso al transporte público, incluyendo la cercana estación central, que está a menos de 10 minutos del hotel. Hay algunos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia cerca del hotel que abren hasta bastante tarde, y también hay algunas tiendas de recuerdos bávaros/del Oktoberfest cerca. Me sentí seguro caminando solo por la noche para comprar un döner a altas horas de la noche. El desayuno en el hotel es bastante bueno, con una buena variedad de comida que incluye embutidos, quesos, pan, yogur, fruta, zumos, café y té. Había muchos asientos disponibles, incluyendo algunas sillas artísticas. El aparcamiento en este hotel es limitado y es muy estrecho, así que nos alegramos de haber alquilado un coche compacto. Si deciden aparcar aquí, deben ir a recepción para que les abran la puerta y les guíen hasta su sitio. También es recomendable contactar con el hotel con antelación para reservar una plaza. En recepción nos dijeron inicialmente que el aparcamiento costaba 20 euros, pero nos cobraron 22. Hay otros aparcamientos cerca, pero debido a las obras en la zona, nos pareció conveniente tener el coche aparcado en el hotel.

¡Tuvimos una estancia agradable y cómoda! El desayuno tenía muchas opciones y todo estaba buenísimo. La única pega es que no tienen agua de cortesía.

El hotel está justo al lado de la estación central de Múnich. Hay un supermercado a solo un minuto a pie. El restaurante Neni Chicken sirve comida deliciosa por la noche y el ambiente es excelente. En general, ¡quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia!

Llegamos un poco tarde, nos tocó unas modificaciones de transporte de la línea de Múnich … para nuestra sorpresa, la recepcionista nos dio una habitación de categoría superior además de un licor de bienvenida, woww así da gusto empezar las vacaciones. Hotel cerca con el sistema de metro, entorno tranquilo y accesible a supermercados.

Personal amable, buena habitación, buen desayuno, cerca de la estación de tren. También cerca de Königplatz y museos. Fácil acceso al transporte.

El hotel está muy bien situado y está listo para responder a sus solicitudes. La comida es perfecta y deliciosa. El hotel es muy nuevo y limpio. La ubicación es muy lejana del centro de Munich, pero es muy conveniente para viajar. El hotel está a pocos minutos a pie de la estación de tren 1-2.

We were pretty satisfied with our room and felt it was well appointed for the price. We got the twin bed room and felt it was pretty spacious with lots of room for our things. They had a closet area, two stools, a table, side tables by the beds, and a small TV. The wifi was pretty strong during our stay too. The bathroom was good too with good shower pressure and temperature. They have an all in one body wash/shampoo so you may want to bring your own products. The hotel does not use key cards but instead has codes to unlock the doors. The beds were comfy and the linens were clean and new. The pillow was thin but it was fine for what we needed. The temperature is pretty easy to control in this room with an AC unit and radiator but we didn't need either in December. We got a good night's sleep both nights at this hotel. The area is quiet when it matters but it should be noted that the nearby church starts ringing its bells at 8 am and some of the businesses nearby make a bit of noise later in the night as they close. The hotel is in a decent area with lots of convenience stores and middle eastern restaurants nearby. It is about a 10 minute walk away from Munich's Central Station and has good tram access around the area to get to most of Munich's major sites pretty quickly. We did get lots of walking done while in Munich and felt the area our hotel was in was pretty safe. The hotel does have a small common area in the lobby and a small garden. You can get a drink or some snacks at the front desk. The hotel does offer breakfast for an additional fee on the top floor and if you are a member through their application you can get a slight discount. There is a parking garage underneath the hotel and some street parking nearby. You may need to call ahead to confirm parking because it is a small hotel and street parking is limited. They offered luggage storage for us when we arrived early but needed time to clean the rooms so they could not provide early check in. The front staff were nice and efficient.
