EEutamaThe Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay.�� Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.��Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down.�� This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights.�� U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.��Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay.�� Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.��Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot.�� However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.

UUsuario invitadoI booked the room with breakfast but the hotel said it was 28euro per night extra so I didn’t use the breakfast but the breakfast according to my booking was included I feel cheated for my money with this. Booking a room for 168euro and includes breakfast for three then in the end I didn’t use the service since the service agent at the counter was not professional and told me it’s not including breakfast.
Also I tried to call the counter for the whole day and no one picked up the phone. Very disappointed and even though the location and room was great I will not be coming back due to this.

UUsuario invitadoSehr schickes „Designhotel“, tolle Deko in den Gängen und Foyer und überall. Nette freundliche Rezeption, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Etwas unter den Erwartungen blieb das vegane Frühstück. Zwar jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber dennoch kein Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, die ähnliche Angebote (vegane Frühstücke) anbieten. Erst einmal ist der ganze Gedanke, in dieser Kneipengegend ein Hotel mit diesem Konzept (fair, nachhaltig, vegan, Gemeinschaftsgedanke) zu etablieren. Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall einen tiefen Schlaf haben oder die bereitliegenden Ohrenstöpsel benutzen, am Wochenende wird es sehr laut. Ansonsten ist die Lage gut, man ist schnell am Römer und die Bus und Bahnverbindung ist auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Kleine Italiener und andere Restaurants sind auch nahe. Würde ich nur aufgrund des veganen Frühstücks wiederkommen? Nein. Und wer das vor hat oder Wert darauf legt, sollte eines wissen: Brötchen mit veganer Wurst und Scheibenkäse kann man sich genauso auch gut zuhause machen, Joghurt mit Beeren auch. An die Betreiber gerichtet: Schaut euch mal das Ahead Hotel in Brandenburg an: Geile Sorten veganer Käse, selbstgemachte Waffeln, selbst gemachte Aufstriche, halt alles ein bisschen spezieller. Das was ich in jedem Lidl bekomme, dafür brauch ich nicht ins Hotel. Dennoch bleibt es sehr lobenswert, überhaupt ein veganes Konzept durchzuziehen. Auch der Filterkaffee und Cappuccino waren sehr lecker. Hier noch zwei Anmerkungen: Betrifft mich zwar selbst nicht, aber wer Gluten nicht verträgt, der kann sowohl die Brötchen, Croissants als auch die Hafermilch mit Müsli nicht essen, da wäre Sojamilch als Alternative schon irgendwie cool. Und warum muss bei dieser geringen Auswahl ein Cappuccino extra kosten? Wir zahlten knapp 160€ für 4 Tage Frühstück und im Grunde gibt es das auch alles im nächsten Supermarkt. Wer trinkt denn mehr als 1-2 Cappuccini zum Frühstück, kann man da nicht einfach sagen, das ist im Preis mit drin? Die Zimmer sind ja auch nicht ganz günstig. Also, lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Cooler Aufenthalt, in einer wilden Gegend mit tollem Konzept, aber nur wegen dem (wenn auch sehr leckeren Frühstück) würde ich nicht kommen. Dazu wünsche ich mir etwas mehr, was den Hotelaufenthalt zu etwas besonderem macht und nicht veganer Scheibenkäse aus der Packung. Vielleicht könnte man da mal mit lokalen Betrieben zusammenarbeiten, es gäbe ja richtig tolle Käse- und Wurstalternativen bspw. aus Mandel- oder Blumenkohl.

LLinussVentajas: Muy cerca de Hpf, hotel grande con muchas habitaciones, muy práctico, bidé japonés, aire acondicionado en la habitación.
Desventajas: Bastante antiguo, minibar que no funciona, el único detalle es champú, acondicionador, jabón corporal y jabón de manos, todo junto. No hay secador de pelo en la habitación.
Teniendo en cuenta que el Toyoko Inn en Japón es famoso por su ”bar de artículos de tocador” en la recepción, donde puedes recoger los artículos de tocador que te gusten gratis, este es un lugar bastante decepcionante.

UUsuario invitadoFamilia (4 adultos) reservó 2 habitaciones dobles 1 noche antes del vuelo. Las habitaciones estaban una al lado de la otra en la “torre”.
Las salas de negocios son espaciosas, modernas y están amuebladas con estilo.
El autobús lanzadera es cómodo, para frente al hotel y pasa cada 20 minutos, Terminal 1.
El desayuno estuvo bueno. Servicio muy cortés.
Podemos recomendar el hotel.
Lamentablemente no había ningún autobús desde la estación de tren directamente al hotel. Un taxi para 4 adultos. Con maleta y equipaje de mano no es fácil de encontrar, pero es posible desde la estación de trenes de larga distancia.
El viaje hasta el hotel cuesta unos 9 euros.

JJOHNNY SIU 1Booked two rooms through Trip.com My friend couldn't come to Germany as he didn't get the visa entry. Called the hotel and requested to cancel one room, but was told that they couldn't do anything as it was booked through Trip.com and it was at their discretion. I contacted Trip.com and the CSR told me that it was upto the hotel's approval. CRS sent the request to the hotel and it was rejected. Then they sent another request to change the booking to one room and was also rejected by the hotel.
I am disappointed as the hotel didn't care and I ended up losing $650 for one room.
The hotel location has no front desk. It is self-checking They will email you the access code to enter the building and also your room. There are 5 floors and one elevator. The hotel is conveniently located, 150m from the subway station. There is a Shawarma restaurant adjacent to the building, Mc Donald's, pharmacy in front and many cafes and restaurants nearby.
The room is simple and needs upgrades it has internet and a 40”-50” TV. Heat towel rack was good to have in the bathroom. There is a small fridge but no microwave nor coffee maker. The shower is extremely small. When showering, my elbow kept hitting the shower handle.
There is no iron. There was daily housekeeping. However, the shower gel was not checked and refilled. I stayed one week and by day 6, there was no more shower gel.
It is ideal for solo, business, or couple travel if you don't expect much. Location was the 5* for this hotel.
Yeah, I would recommend this hotel when you come to Frankfurt. But be aware of their cancelation policy.

IIzarsZEl hotel está muy cerca de la estación principal de trenes. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle principal, por lo que es bastante ruidosa, pero es tolerable para nosotros. Nos dieron una habitación triple incluso solo para 2 personas. Es muy espacioso. El personal fue muy agradable. Puedes dejar el equipaje antes de la hora de check in.
