WWodexiaoxiongnaEn general, la experiencia del hotel es muy buena, especialmente para los pasajeros que necesitan un corto período de estancia antes o después de la llegada en el aeropuerto internacional de Xiyang. El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto, tomará minutos en coche, ofrecer servicios de transporte, viajar es muy conveniente, es muy útil para las personas que llegan temprano o retrasados.

UUsuario anónimoFirst of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line.
However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af.
The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom.
Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

SSupixiaotangbingEl hotel está ubicado justo en la estación de tren del norte y tiene una excelente ubicación. La actitud del servicio en la recepción es muy buena. Debe deslizar su tarjeta en el piso para garantizar la seguridad. La comida para llevar la entrega un robot de manera muy eficiente. Hay agua mineral en las escaleras para facilitar el acceso. Me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que venga a Shenyang.

UUsuario invitadoUna estancia cálida e inolvidable en el Conrad Shenyang Durante nuestra estancia en el Conrad Shenyang, el excepcional servicio nos impresionó profundamente. Si bien la ubicación, las instalaciones y las impresionantes vistas del hotel son fantásticas, fue la atención personalizada del personal lo que hizo que nuestra visita fuera inolvidable. Cuando mi hija enfermó y no desayunó, el gerente de la división de habitaciones, Robert, tuvo la amabilidad de reservarle pan. El gerente de atención al cliente de recepción nos ayudó a conseguir medicamentos e incluso coordinó con el restaurante la preparación de gachas de mijo fuera del horario habitual. Un agradecimiento especial al gerente de atención al cliente nocturno, Tom, y a su equipo, quienes se desvivieron por ayudarnos con un asunto urgente relacionado con el gobierno local. Su atención nos hizo sentir como en casa, como chinos residentes en el extranjero. Esta maravillosa experiencia ha profundizado nuestro amor por China. Estamos muy agradecidos y recomendamos ampliamente el Conrad Shenyang a todos los viajeros.

HHappy lambLo que me gustó: • La ubicación es excelente. Está justo enfrente del metro y en pleno centro de Shenyang. • El personal fue muy atento, especialmente Eric, el gerente de conserjería, quien fue muy amable y me recomendó algunos de los principales atractivos turísticos el día de mi llegada. • El desayuno ofrecía una buena variedad de opciones internacionales. El pan ZOPF fue mi favorito. • El gimnasio estaba limpio y ordenado, y todo el equipo funcionaba correctamente. • Además, hay un mercado nocturno justo enfrente, lo cual fue muy práctico. Lo que no me gustó: • Tuve algunas dificultades para usar el rociador de la bañera. • La vista desde la habitación no era muy buena, ya que daba al patio trasero. En general, fue una estancia agradable con una excelente ubicación y un servicio amable.

The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss.
The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“.
There they inform you that:
- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm.
- Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am.
- If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day.
- To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card.
- You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male.
- You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free.
- You will be led into gender separated changing areas.
- You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how.
- Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how.
- Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked.
- Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area.
- It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
- Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour.
- Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options.
- Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm.
- Level 4 is for private treatments.
In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold.
We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful.
Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel.
All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

Literalmente construido dentro de los muros del palacio de Shenyang, a solo 5 minutos a pie por la calle principal del Palacio Imperial de Shenyang y la estación de Huaiyuanmen, justo fuera de los muros del palacio. La habitación estaba impecable, con muebles nuevos, ya que el hotel parece haber sido recientemente renovado con un toque art déco. Por el precio, no se puede pedir más. Fue un placer alojarme aquí. El personal de recepción fue sumamente servicial y me dio consejos, e incluso se ofreció a lavar y secar mi ropa si se lo pedía la primera noche. No podría estar más contento y volveré. ¡Muchas gracias!

UUsuario invitadoThis Ramada is old, but it is well kept, clean, and the location is perfect as it is right beside the very busy ZhongJie walking street. The neighborhood is full of shopping complexes and food choices. It is within walking distance to many of the major tourist attractions in Shenyang, such as the Palace Museum and ChanAn Temple. It is great value for the money.

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.
