Stayed at the hotel for one night to visit the Jinci Temple and the Shanxi Museum. The location of the hotel is convenient, right next to the museum. The stay was definitely fine but missing some nice attentions : the check-in is quite cold and the fridge in the room is empty (no drinks but water). Also, the carpet in the room had many big spots despite the cleaning. A few more details would make the experience more memorable.

Este hotel fue una elección fantástica para este viaje. Desde la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal de recepción al momento del check-in hasta la impecable limpieza de la habitación, quedé encantado con cada aspecto del entorno. Come for concert at weekend, left this hotel, I think because now the hotel's entrance got renovation make it unaccessible and easier to book.
Hotel front staff and housekeeping lady very friendly, room was big and new and clean. Breakfast also got more choice.

Hace un momento que he visto en línea que hay personas que llevan taxis y autos. A fin de evitar conflictos, a veces he elegido viajes de transporte público. En el medio del Parque del Lago de Xiyang, El autobús 88 camino abajo está directamente, y me fui a la calle de caminar del edificio de tambor de Chen Chong, también está directamente en el metro. UUsuario invitadoStayed in the hotel in September 2025 for four nights. Room was modern and had an open concept design. Hot water and WiFi worked well, and cleaning was done very well. Buffet had good spread of mainly Shanxi local delicacies. I must especially praise the restaurant service staff, especially 杨杨, for being so accommodating, friendly, and personable. On my first day with breakfast, 杨杨, personally explained the different food options to me and made sure all of my needs were cared for. She was exceptionally bubbly and approachable, and was not only the highlight of the hotel, but gave me one of the best services of any accommodation across the world. Regarding location, the hotel was located around 10-15 minutes by taxi from the main high-speed rail station. The only critique I would note is that the air-conditioning in the room was somewhat weak. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money and excellent service, and I am happy to stay again.

UUsuario invitadoCould not fault this place. We had booked a bigger room, but it was on the main street, so decided not to take the risk. A slight downgrade was organised swiftly. Room very comfortable, with a nice big bathroom. A well equipped gym where I seemed to be the only user. Breakfast passable with toast, fruits, cereal, coffee and baked goods. We extended our stay to 4 nights. The service at the front desk, room servicing, breakfast was exemplary. The room maid left me a lovely book marker as she saw my lonely planet. (btw, LP mentions a restaurant at the start of the bu xing jie; I wouldn't bother).Hotel is 1km west of Tiyuguan metro station on line 2. Line 1 yet to open. Two stations north brings you 400m from Bell Tower Street, a bu xing jie where there are heaps of great eating places. One station north of Tiyuguan, then east as far as possible gets you to the old Taiyuan train station. Buses 308 or 804 (slow trip) gets you to JinCi Si; well worth the trip even just to see a 3,000yo tree

UUsuario invitadoUnfortunately, the overall stay was not great. When we booked the hotel, we specifically requested a non-smoking room, which is essential for us because of health issues. After double confirming with the hotel that they have non-smoking rooms (based on the website, all rooms are non smoking), we paid for our booking. However, shortly after, they informed us that smoking in hotel rooms is common and unavoidable in Taiyuan. We felt deceived into making the payment and realized we were stuck with this accommodation for our 7-day stay.
Upon checking in, we had to request a room change due to a strong smoke smell in the original room. The second room was better and the hotel staff was nice enough to provide an air purifier.
Throughout our entire stay, people were smoking in the elevator, lobby, and even at the dinner table. If we had known this beforehand, we would have reconsidered staying here.
For a 5-star hotel, it did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we paid far too much for this experience.
The only highlight of our stay was the hotel staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and did their very best to serve the guests, which made our trip a bit more enjoyable. We thank them for their excellent service.

El personal es amable y servicial. El único problema era que la carretera estaba cerca, lo que de todos modos no es culpa del hotel. Me alojaría de nuevo allí si volviera a Taiyuan.

UUsuario invitado酒店環境非常好!房間乾淨整潔!衞生也很好，設施設備也好，阿姨都會主動來清潔房間衞生，還有電視也非常棒!還有免費的可樂雪碧可以喝礦泉水無限飲，住的太舒服都不想回去了不帶一點誇張，酒店工作人員也都非常的有耐心和責任滴，其次最讓我喜歡的是洗浴和廁所是分開的!誰懂啊完全不會因為洗完澡濕鞋濕馬桶!而且智能馬桶是加熱的，哈哈哈坐上去非常温暖，全智能化超級方便! 還有夜間智能美顏鏡燈光真的很戳我!而且酒店很方便出行，旁邊有很多飯館，酒店位置對於坐飛機下飛機的人非常友好離的機場特別滴近，還有免費接送機場和南站服務，總的來説真的物超所值!前台真的很熱情，下次絕對還會回來住的!

The room seems to be in a students accommodation building, the reception was changed to a different floor and was not the easiest to find out. The bed was comfy and the views really cool.
