CCP_LeeI write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all.
The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing?
The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room.
On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before.
It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well?
Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me.
It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again

CCecilia PorThis was my 3rd time staying here. Very near to railway station & foodcourt nearby. Room is clean but quite small & limited space if you have larger luggage. However, the breakfast is delicious & it's healthier choice during our stay this round. The service staff is very polite & courteous at all time. The reception staff even have the record which I stayed before. There is also a waiting area with seats & table for guests with relaxing music being played. A small area for younger kids too. A good choice for hotel accommodation if you plan to visit Taichung.

Incluso preguntamos al inglés que me encanta, y el número de reservas de habitaciones, sexo ?
En el área de asiento en el arte del dispositivo de la sala, la fila trasera está llena de polvo 
La zona exterior también está llena de hojas de lanzamiento

El personal de servicio dijo que me sacaran de la habitación (no podemos entrar aún)
Pero tengo una bolsa que acompaña a los niños.
Sólo los niños deben ir al baño 
Así que esperamos el maletín en el salón y esperamos casi 20 minutos 
El resto de las instalaciones duras
El agua de la invitación es muy simple
La ventana de la habitación tiene una gran cara de agua (que pensó que era un ascenso)
La escena de abajo de la vivienda es una zona de hierbas + zonas de cultivo aparentemente desagradables
El hotel es el jardinero que se siente más increíble
¿Por qué hay esta zona?
Todos los gastos de comida son alternativos
No hay valor en el precio.
La parte de la comida es buena.
La lavandería es más puntuación.
Todo el personal de servicio también es amable.
Si los precios de la vivienda están bajos, se considerará la visita nuevamente.
Pero si se mantiene este precio, esta instalación
No volveré a visitar.

TTan Kim WhattBest hotel we stayed since our Taiwan trip. Was upgraded to a huge room and it exceeded our expectation. Every things was explained to us patiently during our check in. It was all within walking distance to 2nd market, Miyahara and night market. Will definitely stay again in Taichung if we ever return.

UUsuario invitadoThe rooms were huge and very art deco styled. Very ostentatious and gawdy. Loved it, and it was a great private experience. Also, each of the upgraded rooms has a personal car garage that attaches directly to the room, very nice touch.

UUsuario anónimoStayed here from 10 Apr to 14 Apr. It is about 10-15mins walk Taichung Railway station. The hotel is within the central district of Taichung (buildings are older here), but the hotel itself looks and feel relatively new and modern. It is conveniently located near lots of food options, and the Taichung Second Market and Miyahara is only about 5-10mins walk away.
The room is clean and spacious. It has a nice modern design too. The basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, lotion and hairdryer are provided. Can’t seem to find local channels on the TV but you can use apps like netflix and youtube.
The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast, tea time (if i recall correctly) and supper. The variety is acceptable given that this is not a big hotel. food is decent too. For breakfast there was a mini salad bar, porridge station, various steamed buns, toasts. For supper, there were braised minced meat rice and side dishes, soup, DIY noodle station, steamed buns, toasts, DIY beancurd station, some snacks/tidbits. There is also dessert with red/green bean soup, drinks and ice cream.
Just one minor hiccup - a false fire alarm was trigger at 4am on one of the nights which only affected the higher floors from 9th storey and above. The guests on our storey werent aware if the lift is working or if it is safe to use and we ended up climbing the stairs down, only to find out later that there was no real fire. The affected guests waited at the lounge for about 30mins as the alarm was still ringing. The firemen eventually came and turned off the alarm. The hotel did apologise for the inconvenience by pasting a notice in the lift and informed guests to reach out to them if there are any queries. It would be nice if the hotel can engage the affected guests more directly and possible provide some form of compensation as service recovery.
Nonetheless, still a pleasant stay overall!

酒店硬件：係有一定年份，但我住嘅房間翻新過，而酒店嘅內部絕對同佢嘅外觀係兩回事。
房間：如果以價格去衡量已經係非常超值，不論係我一個人入住或情侶或兩公婆都夠大。冷氣、熱水、電視風筒等一齊正常。
早餐：佢會喺入住時問你進餐時段，但可能因為我係一個人住唔太影響，所以無需指定。食物種類非常多，日日轉下款，我唔明點解有啲評論話喺出面食78拾蚊台幣會好過呢度，你額外一個早餐酒店都只係收50台幣。反正佢有菜有粥、有沙律生果、雞蛋面包之類，肉類選擇有燒雞扒、泡菜豬腩、早餐腸同台式肉燥等。咖啡有某國際大牌子或者酒店特選嘅即磨已經算誠意可嘉。不過佢係需要自助收盤我就覺得奇怪啲，話晒都係酒店。
員工：態度非常親切有禮，登記入住以中英文溝通，詳細說明你嘅房間內容，諮詢你嘅需要及打掃安排。唯一出現嘅情況係我表明喺我瞓咗兩晚之後嘅第三日中午幫我換床品，最後係冇嘅，我估係做開嗰層嘅姐姐放咗假，頂替嗰個無換，因為佢拉直咗我啲被之後就將我比佢嘅貼士放返喺我枕頭度。雖然係咁，但未有影響到我嘅入住體驗，哈哈

UUsuario anónimoThe room was good and clean. And they offer a self-service laundry- of course you need to pay your laundry which is fare enough. But they don't provide any toothpaste ans toothbrush, which was indicated in their front desk and before booking. I was a bit confused though because I thought the reservation includes breaksfast as stated in the site but when i arrived, i was informed that it wasn't included. But the staffs are kind and helped me booked a taxi going back to the airport at a wee hour. The room i stayed had a window, there's ref and closet with only 2 hangers. The only problem i had was the aircon which was centralized or controlled so when it is cold at night, it is hard to increase the temperature. I couldn't really sleep well.
