SStaycationBearyFrom arrival to departure, the service was excellent. The staff and crew displayed warm hospitality and were attentive to guests' needs. Like many hotels in Taiwan, in-room utilities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own.
Sunshine Liv partners with a scooter rental shop that delivers and collects the scooter directly at the homestay. The rental price is reasonable at TWD 400 for 24 hours, and there’s no requirement to return the scooter with a full tank. The homestay is also conveniently located, with the nearest night market just a 10-minute scooter ride away.
We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with stunning ocean views! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The TV offers a wide selection of channels across various genres, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the homestay serves a delightful home-cooked style breakfast.
Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kenting, and Sunshine Liv is an excellent choice for accommodation!
P.S. Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests, but the parking space is quite narrow, so drivers should proceed with caution.

UUsuario invitadoQuedé muy satisfecho con el hostal. Me ayudaron a reservar actividades de snorkel y alquiler de motos sin tener que buscar por mi cuenta. 👍👩❤️👨 El hostal también estaba muy limpio, con luz natural que entraba al balcón, lo cual era muy agradable. 🌞🌞🌞♥️♥️ Además, hay muchos restaurantes cerca con una gran variedad de opciones gastronómicas. 😋😋

SSPUna posada encantadora y pintoresca muy cerca de la carretera de la playa. No había mucha gente cuando estuve allí, así que la habitación y la zona eran muy tranquilas. Los dueños son una pareja mayor muy amable que habla poco inglés, pero fueron muy atentos y educados. Está a pocos pasos del mercado nocturno y a solo 5 minutos a pie de la parada de autobús desde donde se puede ir y venir de Kaohsiung o la cercana ciudad de Hengchun. La habitación es bastante amplia y tiene un pequeño balcón. La cama es cómoda, la presión del agua es buena y el lavabo y la encimera del baño son más grandes de lo esperado. Volvería a alojarme aquí.

FFrNicEl complejo parecía acogedor desde el primer momento, el personal era muy amable, había café, agua y té gratis en el vestíbulo, la habitación era espaciosa con vistas al mar y un pequeño balcón, el baño estaba un poco anticuado y no había agua fría, la cama era grande pero el colchón era demasiado blando para nosotros, y para desayunar nos trajeron té con leche y hamburguesas al vestíbulo a las 8 de la mañana.

UUsuario anónimoNo bidet spray, hand soap, hair conditioner, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. but there’s water dispenser on every level so saved us some money from buying bottled water. Overall it is still provide pretty comfortable stay & good base to be at for exploring Kenting & Hengchun. It’s easy to find this hotel. From Taoyuan airport we took Airport Express Train to Taoyuan HSR (High Speed Rail) station & took HSR to Zuoying THSR in Kaohsiung, then took Kenting Express Bus 9189 at bus stop #2 along the road outside of Zuoying THSR station (need to top up enough fare in your Easy Travel card at the station beforehand otherwise pay cash to bus driver). Alight at Kenting Police Substation bus stop (get ready to press the bell once you pass Kenting Arch otherwise driver won’t stop for you) & walk into small lane walk a short distance to the back door of Kenting Coast Resort. There’s a restaurant called Magic Kitchen for quick breakfast a very short walk to the right of hotel front door. We managed to book half day (4-hr) tour with the help hotel receptionist on both days, just tell the driver where you want to go for sighting/experience/food. We paid NTD 2200 for each half-day tour. We actually checked out early in the morning on the last day & did a 4-hr tour of Hengchun old town with our luggages in the car & get dropped off at Hengchun interchange bus station to catch Kenting Express Bus back to Zuoying THSR. But we discovered actually you can deposit luggages at the Hengchun interchange bus station for a fee then walk around Hengchun old town yourselves without worrying about lugging luggages around haha.

EEnglish DugFu Bin met my needs very well. Very welcoming staff, who are a family. They did laundry for me and gave me hangers to dry, and they didn't want to charge for the laundry. That saved me valuable time and made my first trip to Kenting better utilised.
Everything at Fu Bin was as described, and they supplied a bowl and cutlery very promptly. It's easy to communicate with the staff by WhatsApp (or wechat, i can't remember) if you don't want to go downstairs.
For the price I feel the facilities are fine. No lift, limited view of the night market, decent air con, but I didn't need it all the time anyway. They were relaxed but efficient, and this made me feel more relaxed.
I walked to the lovely small beach for swimming, 10 minutes past the night market and in front of Caesar Hotel. The NM is fairly typical of Taiwan and not as co gestsd as the HK ones. I felt well priced for ”Western” currency (£) although TW people are not using Kenting for holidays so much these days. I swum at sunset for the first two days and early morning the third day. It's the best beach I have encountered in 60 years! The Caesar outdoors bar has some groovy music in the evenings, and I recommend having a drink there to finish your sunset swim. It's clean and idyllic.
Overall, my experience of Kenting was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful people, great facilities and beautiful flora and fauna. The history and places of indigenous people are worth checking out, especially if you have your own transport. I hope business is good for you all. Tsiu tsiu!

TTuticaHotel is localted in front of the sea, the views are amazing! The room is not that big but it is comfortable and the bed too. The bathroom is also really good and spacious, maybe something to cover while taking a shower would be good. They also offer breakfast, it is good, however, we wanted it one day at 7:00am because our bus was leaving early and it was not possible. The decoration is also nice.
