Grand Bay Resort Hotel

Grand Bay Resort Hotel – A Paradise for Families Grand Bay Resort Hotel is a wonderful choice for family trips. The rooms are spacious, with large twin beds that comfortably accommodate both adults and children. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible range of facilities designed for kids—and equally fun for adults who want to join in. The children’s play areas are extensive and imaginative. Highlights include a ball pit with slides, a track for ride-on toy cars, a sand play zone, and themed corners where kids can role-play as doctors, chefs, or shopkeepers. It feels like a paradise for children, and parents will find themselves tempted to join the fun too. Beyond the kids’ facilities, the hotel offers plenty of activities for all ages: swimming, billiards, ping pong, carrom, gaming areas, and even KTV for singing with friends or family. There’s also a gym and a cozy reading corner, making the resort feel like a complete entertainment hub. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms are not very soundproof, so noise from children playing or chatting outside can be heard clearly. The location also requires a 12–15 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, which can be inconvenient if you’re carrying luggage. It’s much easier for guests who drive or rent a car. Additionally, check-in is only available from 4:00 PM, meaning early arrivals may need to wait—though children can enjoy the play areas while waiting. Overall, Grand Bay Resort Hotel is a true haven for families, offering endless fun for kids and plenty of activities for adults. Despite minor inconveniences, the complete facilities and joyful atmosphere make it a memorable destination for a family getaway.

Family friendly Many things for kids to play

Love the play areas for the children and off peak was great fun.

The facilities are outdated and not well-maintained, with a general lack of cleanliness. The hotel was very crowded, leading to excessively long waits for the elevator. Overall, it is significantly overpriced for the quality of the accommodations and service provided.

I booked this for the pool n kids amenities. It did not disappoint. The room was very clean n comfy and they friendly helpful staff too. My kids loved it.

the room is spacious and facilities are really good for kids. especially the slide from 8/F to G/F. It was amazing. but I have doubt on their cleanliness. The floor corners are full of dust and seems not completely clean by the housekeeping.

Quite old hotel and below my expectation.

Hard to get there without a car but manageable. A nice clean big hotel with good rooms and good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

good traveling experience.
