El servicio es excelente, la sonrisa de cada empleado es genuina y te hacen sentir como en casa. La habitación fue mejorada y era muy cómoda. La ubicación también es excelente, cerca de todo. Una pequeña sugerencia: la variedad del desayuno podría variar un poco cada día. La próxima vez que venga a Kunming, mi primera opción será Haman.

Alojarnos en el Ji Hotel Kunming Airport fue una excelente decisión. En lugar de pasar la noche esperando incómodamente en el aeropuerto durante un tránsito nocturno, pudimos descansar como es debido. La cama era muy cómoda y disfrutamos de un sueño profundo y reparador. El tamaño de la habitación es adecuado, especialmente considerando que el hotel se encuentra dentro del aeropuerto. La ubicación es extremadamente conveniente: simplemente tome el ascensor hasta el segundo piso después de salir de la sala de llegadas. Un detalle muy especial fueron los refrigerios y la fruta fresca de cortesía servidos con un juego de té, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera especialmente acogedora. Aunque el personal no habla inglés, es muy amable, educado y servicial, lo que mejoró enormemente la experiencia en general.

Este hotel es demasiado amigable para las personas que viajan en tranvía. Frente al vestíbulo hay una pila de carga con cientos de estaciones de carga rápida. Aunque los que no son tranvías ocupan mucho espacio, todavía hay muchos espacios de estacionamiento de carga y la electricidad. La tarifa es de sólo 90 centavos. El desayuno es muy rico, con mucha variedad y buen gusto. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones también son muy completas. El único inconveniente es que algunos miembros del personal de servicio sonríen y otros son un poco distantes, pero eso no afecta la experiencia general de la estadía. ¡Recomendado!

Amenities, ive rated 3/5 to remain neutral as all we needed was a place to stay to accommodate our family of 5. Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright). Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do. The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch. Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it. But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved. The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi. The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare. The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will). The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless. But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it. It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when. Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy. Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.

Hay tiendas de conveniencia, supermercados, restaurantes, etc. Está a solo 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Las habitaciones son de tamaño moderado y los baños están limpios, lo que la hace ideal para viajeros solos en estancias cortas.

¡El ambiente del hotel es genial! La habitación es transparente y luminosa, tranquila y agradable en general, y la calidad del sueño es excelente. ¡Quiero volver la próxima vez! ¡La habitación es muy satisfactoria! Se duerme de maravilla y el baño está muy bien cuidado, con separación de ropa seca y húmeda. La distribución es razonable y el espacio es amplio, la iluminación es excelente y la vista es hermosa. Los detalles son limpios y ordenados, las instalaciones son nuevas e inteligentes, y la textura es perfecta. ¡Es la mejor opción para mi próximo viaje de negocios!

La atención del encargado fue estupenda yéndonos a buscar a la estación de tren siendo tan tarde. El hotel está realmente cerca de la estación (caminando se llega en 25 minutos por una amplia acera). La habitación era muy limpia, amplia y comoda, incluso tenía un proyector! En los alrededores, de noche al menos, hay ambiente con puestos de comida etc. Muy recomendable para tomar el tren en la estación Sur de Kunming.

En general, está bastante bien. El ambiente es aceptable, el servicio es bueno y lo recomiendo. El precio es razonable, el transporte es bastante práctico y el ambiente es genial.
