¡Esta estancia superó con creces mis expectativas! El servicio fue entusiasta, con una pantalla gigante de cine de última generación y un ambiente elegante y confortable. No me imaginaba que Huazhu tuviera un hotel de tan alta calidad. Es de alto nivel y tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio. Estoy muy insatisfecho con esta estancia. Aunque solicité explícitamente una habitación para no fumadores en mi reserva, me asignaron una habitación con un olor a humo insoportable. Incluso después de cambiarme de habitación, seguía habiendo un cenicero en el baño, lo que me dejó perplejo.
Si bien la habitación estaba relativamente limpia y sin manchas visibles, el polvo me provocó un brote de alergia nasal. Peor aún, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien, lo que provocaba fugas de agua y molestias. (Ver foto)
Por último, la puerta de madera ofrecía un aislamiento acústico muy deficiente; se oía con claridad incluso el más mínimo ruido en el pasillo, lo que dificultaba el sueño por la noche, ya fuera el de la gente caminando o el de la ducha de al lado. Aunque la ubicación es conveniente, con muchos restaurantes en la planta baja, estas ventajas no compensan los problemas que tuve durante mi estancia. En general, esta estancia fue muy decepcionante y no volveré a elegir este lugar.

La habitación era muy cómoda. Ya me había alojado en hoteles Home Inn Select en otras ciudades, y este fue el que más me ha gustado. Estaba limpio y el servicio fue excelente. El desayuno era muy abundante, una fusión de opciones chinas y occidentales, incluyendo fideos recién hechos, empanadillas y pudín de tofu. También había café, leche, pan y bollería. Las guarniciones estaban deliciosas. Hay una calle con mucha oferta gastronómica cerca, lo que facilita mucho comer. ¡Totalmente recomendable! ¡Sin duda volvería!

El hotel es muy bueno en realidad! El tamaño de la habitación es justo y muy bien diseñado, excepto para el baño que me resulta un poco difícil de usar debido a la posición inusual de la cabeza de ducha y el espejo. Pero creo que tiene sentido cuz no se construye originalmente para un hotel por sí mismo. Todo lo que necesitas es en la habitación, frigorífico, lavadora con línea de secador en el balcón. No hay colchones que un poco de un lado como es difícil secar ropa sin colchones.
Pero aquí es la gran cueva. Este alojamiento está situado en un centro de comidas con mucha gente que viene cada día. Y aparentemente hay un bar o algo que funciona hasta el principio de la mañana. Y oh chico, es soooo alto. No podía dormir en absoluto. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.
La dama en la recepción es muy amable.

No me di cuenta de lo malo que era hasta que me registré. 小小欣子子子¡La estancia en el Hotel Qiuguo fue inolvidable! En cuanto entré al vestíbulo, me cautivó su perfecta combinación de diseño moderno y tradicional. Los suelos de mármol y los detalles de madera se complementan a la perfección, creando un ambiente elegante y cálido.
El personal de recepción fue amable y profesional, y el proceso de registro fue rápido y eficiente. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y cómodas, y cada detalle reflejaba el compromiso del hotel con la calidad. La cama king-size era especialmente destacable; su suavidad era perfecta, garantizando un sueño reparador.

The hotel is not too far away from the local train station which will take you directly into Shenzhen, there’s also a beach nearby with many food stalls. There are hotels you visit, and then there are hotels that leave an imprint on your soul. The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means.
Arrival and Reception
First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you.
The Club Skyline View Room
If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty.
The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort.
The Mandarin Club
Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people.
Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,
