Nada que objetar. La experiencia fue memorable. Servicio atento. Personal muy servicial que me ayudó a pedir comida a domicilio, ya que no tengo una cuenta *******. Incluso me la entregaron personalmente en la habitación. El gerente incluso nos contó la historia de Qian Men y fue muy interesante escucharla. El único inconveniente fue que la calle que lleva al hotel es muy tranquila por la noche.

Great value for money in terms of what one gets vs what we've paid for -- trendy design hotel, nice, spacious room, there's even a fridge (usually for this price it's not provided), nice lobby, adequate size breakfast area with nice ambience, good service all round. Good design and layout in room with comfortable beds, adequate powerpoints and charging points. I like that the basin area has a huge top so I could put all my toiletries (I've got a lot) Thoughtful little stuff that I like : torchlight-like light by the beside and mugs with rubber base to insulate the heat. The toiletries in the bathroom smell really good too! Breakfast has good variety -- different types of porridge, some steam dumplings, sweet potatoes and corn, etc, rice, different dishes, there's a noodle station where you could customise your noodles to a certain extent, eggs, there's also bread and some sandwiches (ready-made and can DIY too), fruits, milk, juices, coffee, soya bean milk. I feel that the options available is not bad for a hotel of such a level. Actually my booking didn't include breakfast but was advised by the staff (when I check-in) to join the hotel's membership for RMB$99 so that I can get free breakfast. Hotel lobby also serves water and orange juice - another nice touch. Hotel staff's service was very good all round. Offered to help send my luggage up when they saw I had lots of luggage and was alone (some hotels at this level wouldn't volunteer to do so). Was able to answer most of my questions re nearby malls, where to get stuff like fruits, milk, nearby attraction. House-keeping staff was good too. A big thank you to the 2 reception staff that was on night shift on 6 Apr who had helped me out re a delivery mistake made by ******* platform. They even had to look at the CCTV of the hotel to find out what really happened and it took a long while. They were very nice and patient throughout the whole drama. They also helped me speak to the customer service of ******* to try to resolve the problem. When the problem still could not be resolved that night and I was without what I required urgently like the charging cable for my phone, they staff lent me the hotel's. They also gave me a small fruit pack and a pack of milk and bread (complimentary) as I needed it the following morning to bring outdoors for the day. In addition, they had briefed their colleagues on the next shift re my case so that they're aware and could help me should I require more help. Excellent service! Re location, it's a little far off though but it's really near to Beijing Garden Expo Park (北京园博园) and the accompanying Garden Museum (园博园博物馆) . It's a really nice park that's really huge -- that is made up of little models of different style of parks (from Jiangnan to Lingnan to Beijing) It has pavilions, water features and other Chinese architecture and landscaping that usually adorn such traditional parks. Great for photoshoot. Best of all, there're very few people there! There's a small little mall about 700-800m away from the hotel, that has mainly food there with many different types of value for money eateries, coffee, a supermarket and some other shops for daily necessities that local residents need. For a real mall, head to one call 长安天街, that's about 5km away - you can get there quite easily within 10-15mins by Didi (the online platform where you could get a cab I really enjoyed staying here cost it's almost like a resort - a little remote but so quiet and spacious and there's no crowd at all -- very relaxing! I would really want to come back here especially when i want to be in a place where I can feel really relaxed without breaking the bank.

La ubicación es inmejorable, al lado de Wangfujin, y a un paso de las líneas 8 y 5 de metro, donde llegas a las principales atracciones turísticas de Pekín. La cama comodísima y la habitación tiene de todo, aunque un poco pequeña. El servicio bastante bueno. Para moverte por Pekín en un hotel decente, es tu sitio!

Por recomendación de un amigo, decidí alojarme en este hotel. El ambiente único de estar ubicado en un hutong (callejón tradicional) era encantador. Desde el registro en recepción hasta el recorrido por el hotel, el inconfundible ”sabor pekinés” se palpaba por todas partes. ¡Las decoraciones con peces rojos añadían un toque festivo a los días aún cálidos del Año Nuevo Lunar! La habitación era pequeña pero exquisita, con una amplia gama de artículos de aseo de alta calidad. Está convenientemente ubicado junto a la calle Dongsi Norte, lo que facilita la visita a la feria del Templo Longfusi. ¡Fantástico!

El hotel queda en la mejor calle de Beijing. Súper recomendado.

Hace poco estuve en este hotel con mi familia y fue una auténtica delicia. Este lugar es un paraíso para las familias que buscan comodidad y conveniencia. La habitación era increíblemente espaciosa, lo que nos permitió movernos con comodidad. Mi hijo estaba encantado con la bañera, ¡fue sin duda un punto destacado de su estancia! Una característica destacada fue la presencia de dos baños, lo que resultó ser un punto de inflexión en términos de comodidad. ¡Se acabaron las horas punta de la mañana! Debo agradecer especialmente al recepcionista, Leo, que hizo todo lo posible para garantizar que nuestra estancia fuera tranquila y agradable. Su excelente servicio realmente marcó la diferencia. La ubicación también es una gran ventaja: rodeados de numerosos restaurantes, teníamos muchas opciones para comer. Es un gran alivio no tener que ir muy lejos para disfrutar de una comida deliciosa. En general, este hotel superó nuestras expectativas y nos proporcionó una experiencia familiar fantástica. ¡Sin duda volveremos en nuestra próxima visita!

La habitación era muy amplia , la relación precio calidad está muy bien. Había buenas vistas. Y alrededor había muchos comercios , sitios para pasar el día y comer.

Estamos muy contentos porque pasamos muy buena noche. El hotel es elegante y lo recomiendo bastante.

La habitación era muy grande, cómoda y muy limpia. La recepcionista fue muy amable, e incluso había un robot que nos traía la comida, así que no tuvimos que bajar. Los artículos de aseo eran muy completos.

Por su precio, este hotel es inmejorable en Pekín. La piscina y el gimnasio son clave para mí, y las instalaciones están impecables. El desayuno buffet también es de primera. Me encanta este hotel. Es un lugar ideal para turistas. El metro está justo ahí. Volveré.
