Que más se puede pedir de un hostel? Cerca de la estación, solo a 5 minutos andando. Las instalaciones son casi nuevas y super limpias. Cocina, desayuno incluido, camas cómodas y un personal super amable. Encima, una de las chicas. Nina, me ayudó muchísimo para comprar un billete de barco en linea. Simplemente, volvería sin duda.

Genial. habitacion pequeña pero con todo lo necesario, quizás una luz más baja para apagar y encender desde la cama y que las cortina llegara a toda la pared; para evitar la luz de la tarjeta. Las zonas comunes son muy bonitas y resaltar la amabilidad del personal , me ayudaron con la información para ir al festival de globos de Taiwán y también para solicitar taxis

The hotel is overall okay — suitable if you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep rather than to spend much time in. The staff have very limited English skills, so communication can be a bit difficult. Use Google Translate ;) We were upgraded from a double to a quadruple room, which was kind but resulted in less space to move around as most of the room was taken up by beds. The bathroom was clean and featured a modern Japanese-style toilet. The shower was pleasant, with an adjustable showerhead for different water streams. The ceilings are low. Wi-Fi was quite slow, making it difficult to stream a movie in the evening. The telephone in the room, which we didn’t use, was visibly dirty and could use a deep clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including many vegetarian-friendly dishes, which we appreciated. However, most of the food — including the eggs — was served cold. Note that not the entire building belongs to the hotel; the third floor appears to be residential, so you may see some locals passing through. We stayed on the fifth floor — some street noise was noticeable, but we still slept well. The hotel feels relatively new, with fresh mattresses and feather pillows, which were comfortable. Most of the other guests seemed to be domestic Chinese tourists. Given the above mentioned points I would recommend to rather stay at Norden Ruder Branch 2 across the street, where you also get a more international flair.

We stayed in a very clean and comfortable double deluxe room on the 6th floor. Bed was maybe a little hard, but still cosy thanks to the fantastic duvet. Our room had a decent view towards the mountains in the north-west. We paid the small extra charge for buffet breakfast when booking, and were satisfied with the choices of food available. Breakfast is taken on the 10F, and this restaurant has nice views towards the ocean.

Una casa de familia fantástica, con instalaciones nuevas, un paisaje espectacular, un personal muy amable y gatos adorables. Me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que venga a Green Island. Es genial.

La experiencia general de esta estadía en el Hotel Naluyanda es bastante satisfactoria. El entorno del hotel es amplio y cómodo. Una vez que entramos en el salón, se puede sentir un ambiente de vacaciones lleno de aire. El personal de servicio es amable y profesional, gestiona el proceso de estadía rápida y hace sentirse muy intimidad. La limpieza de la habitación es muy buena, la cama está cómoda, el efecto de aislamiento sonido también es bueno, y la noche puede relajarse. La más agradable es la instalación de ocio y piscina que se acompañan al hotel, el entorno es muy limpio, tanto los adultos como los niños pueden divertirse. El desayuno es rico y combina muchos lugares de comida con características locales, y el sabor es muy bueno. En general, tanto el turismo familiar como el turismo de amigos o el descanso de vacaciones son adecuados, la calidad y el servicio de la vivienda tienen cierto nivel y la próxima vez que vaya a Taiwán, desearían quedarse de nuevo.

I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel. There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant. Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on. Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another. In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

La habitación era excelente y me llevé una muy buena impresión de Taitung. Está muy cerca del mercado nocturno, que es muy animado, a solo unos minutos a pie. El personal me cambió la habitación a una mejor, haciéndola aún mejor. Me gustó mucho y sin duda volveré la próxima vez.
