We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Liyaou. The location is convenient and makes it easy to get around the city. The hotel can be quite busy, which inevitably leads to some noise, especially when people talk in the corridors, and a high turnout at breakfast very early in the morning. Despite this, the breakfast staff are really friendly, and we would like to thank them for their warm welcome. The bedding is comfortable and ensures a good rest. Overall, the hotel provides a pleasant experience with good value for money, even though the busy atmosphere can make some moments a bit noisy.

Aunque solo me alojé una noche, noté la amabilidad del personal de recepción. Nos avisaron con antelación de que nuestra habitación estaba lista y nos permitieron registrarnos unos 30 minutos antes. El mostrador del vestíbulo tenía un lugar práctico para guardar el equipaje. El desayuno ofrecía una gran variedad de platos y la habitación estaba bastante limpia. El único inconveniente fue que la junta impermeable de la puerta de cristal del baño estaba vieja, por lo que se filtraba agua al ducharnos. El receptor era tan amable cuando intentaba comunicarnos en inglés (aunque su inglés no era tan eficiente), especialmente cuando quiero prestar el adaptador en lugar. La habitación era limpia, limpia, teníamos un desayuno cupón en la leche de Yonghe Soy cerca y era bueno para!!

UUsuario invitadoGracias por la mejora a una suite, pero la habitación tenía una forma irregular, el baño era pequeño y carecía de una ducha independiente, y la alcachofa de la ducha era vieja y difícil de colocar correctamente. El sofá del salón tenía muchas manchas visibles que no se habían limpiado bien, o quizás eran manchas imposibles de quitar pero no se habían reemplazado. El ascensor también era viejo y hacía ruidos extraños. En general, la habitación parecía anticuada y necesitaba una renovación importante del equipamiento.

UUsuario anónimoAround 500 m from the TRA Chiayi front exit, the staff are friendly and kind. The room is big enough for two people and their luggage. The lobby smells good; there is a small café in the lobby.
The bathroom is a separate wet and dry area. A hairdryer is in the room, and the toilet is an automatic bidet.
The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are soft for sleeping well.
We were able to leave our luggage after checking out because of my Alishan itinerary.

CChai YingOn the way back from Alishan and stay one night here. Kids love this hotel with free snacks at level 7. There also a toddlers room and boardgames room at B1. Breakfast is delicious come with many local specialties. Beef soup is good. Hotel also has supper offer at TWD 250 per pax. The food is good as well. I like the fish fillet.

Se tarda 10 minutos a pie desde el hostal hasta el mercado nocturno de la Calle Cultural. Está prohibido aparcar en los callejones; vi que denunciaron algunos vehículos aparcados sobre las líneas blancas de la acera. Hay un aparcamiento cerca llamado Estación de Autobuses de la Ciudad.

El único inconveniente fue la habitación ”Primavera y Otoño Sin Tinte” en la que nos hospedamos, una habitación doble estándar. Al entrar, nos sorprendió un fuerte olor a humedad que persistía incluso con la puerta del baño cerrada. Fue una experiencia terrible y no recomendaría alojarse allí. Además, ocasionalmente había una o dos moscas negras pequeñas en la cama; su control de plagas podría mejorar.

NNix.NI recently stayed and had an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of Night market, making it convenient to explore popular attractions, dining spots, etc.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations for local activities.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and high-speed internet.
Overall, my stay is exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

2. El personal brindó un excelente servicio, recordando repetidamente a los huéspedes que los gatos callejeros fuera de la puerta podrían hacerles daño.
3. La habitación era vieja y estaba bastante deteriorada. Había suciedad negra y moho en los alféizares de las ventanas, las paredes y el inodoro; la habitación tenía un olor a humedad difícil de eliminar. La ventana daba al edificio contiguo, lo que dificultaba la ventilación. Aunque había mosquiteras, seguía habiendo mosquitos. Las cucarachas salían de debajo de la cama; se recomienda que el personal del hotel realice fumigaciones periódicas.
4. Instalaciones de la habitación: Se recomienda conectar el refrigerador con anticipación para que los huéspedes puedan usarlo inmediatamente después del registro.

- Very good location by the station.
- Clean bed linen and towels.
Negatives:
- when we entered the room a cockroach ran across the floor.
- the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all on the 4th floor, despite two WiFi networks connecting, you couldn’t load any internet pages.
- there was only one bottle of water and one bath towel even though the room was for two people. When we asked reception, they told us to get another towel from the trolley in the hallway.
- no one came in to make up the room (stayed two nights)
- no hand soap in the bathroom (I understand the Taiwan policy on plastic usage but they supply body wash in a bottle so surely you can supply hand soap in a bottle too)
- very hot in the room - no aircon only a fan (our mistake we didn’t see that when booking)
- generally quite dirty (dirty floors, bathroom walls had mould and cracks in it, sink was stained dirty)
- no shower curtain or panel in the bath so the room got wet when showering
- reception staff were indifferent
- expensive for what it is - wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.
