The front desk staff were friendly and nice. However, when we arrived around 1pm, we had to wait until 3pm to check in, as early check-in wasn’t allowed, which was a bit disappointing. The washroom had an unpleasant smell, likely due to the drainage system, but they thoughtfully provided an air freshener. The triple room’s bathroom was a bit small, probably due to the design, and lacked space to hang clothes. The location is very convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk to Chiayi Train Station. One of the best parts of the stay was the luggage storage service — since we were heading to Alishan the next day, we could leave our large suitcases at the hotel overnight and pick them up when we returned. Also, the nearby restaurant serving Chiayi meat soup is great — definitely worth a try!

【立地・サービス】 アクセス: 台湾高鉄（新幹線）の高鉄嘉義駅から車で約25分。タクシーを利用した際は480元ほどでした。 周辺環境: 高鉄嘉義駅からは少し距離があり、文化路夜市などの主要観光地へも徒歩で35分ほどかかります。基本的には「タクシー移動」を前提に計画を立てるのがスムーズです。 サービス: ドアアテンダントの方が非常に親切で、タクシーの手配もスムーズに行ってくれました。 【客室・設備】 内装: ベッドは広く清潔で、ゆったりと休むことができました。特筆すべきは大きな窓からの景観です。夜景がよく見え、開放感があります。 水回り: シャワーの温度・水圧ともに安定しており、ストレスなく利用できました。 朝食: 6:30-9:30に7階で朝食が食べれました。ビュッフェ形式です。沢山の食事が揃っています。嘉義名物の火雞肉飯（七面鳥ごはん）を自作できたり、杏仁茶も飲めたりと充実してます。どの料理も美味しく、いろいろ試せるので朝から気分が上がります。かなりおすすめです。 【総評】 嘉義での滞在を充実させてくれるホテルです。中心地からは少し離れますが、タクシー移動を基本にすれば、その分静かで快適なホテルステイが楽しめます。

We stayed 2 nights at Chiayi Hotel. The receptionist was helpful when we arrived at night. The parking space for cars is two blocks away and we had to walk for a while but that’s wasn’t a big deal. The hotel is about 800m to the train station or 15 mins by walking. The breakfast was okay. We opted for vegetarian meals. All in all, we would love to stay here again if we ever come back to Chiayi

I recently stayed and had an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of Night market, making it convenient to explore popular attractions, dining spots, etc. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations for local activities. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and high-speed internet. Overall, my stay is exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

Ubicado cerca de la estación de tren de Chiayi, este es un lugar ideal para visitar Alishan. Puedes tomar el primer autobús de Taiwan Tourist Shuttle a Alishan; con la EasyCard el billete cuesta la mitad, pero los fines de semana suele haber plazas limitadas. Allí encontrarás una gran variedad de comida deliciosa.
