Love this hotel! great location, just walking distance to Wenhua night market! close to many tourist areas like Hinoki Village, art museums etc. also few mins away from Chiayi train station. Staffs are accommodating, the room is spacious and clean. Love the comfort of our bed and pillows. Price is reasonable. The bathrooms is also spacious with a bath tub. overall great experience, highly recommended!

Hotel is located a little far from everything and walk about 15mins to railway station and 10 mins to free hsr shuttle bus stop. Around the hotel, there's multiple nice food too. Room is ok, decently big but signs of old wear and tear. Breakfast is good sumptuous value spread.

The hotel is in a very nice location, which made getting around convenient. The room cleaning was well done and consistently maintained, making the stay comfortable. Although I did not book any meals, the overall experience was good and pleasant. Would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Mis planes cambiaron a última hora, así que reservé ese mismo día. Aunque la hora de entrada es a las 23:30, parece que es posible registrarse tarde por la noche usando la máquina de autoservicio (no estoy seguro de si es oficial; contacté con ellos por chat en Trip.com antes). Para usar el intercomunicador tarde por la noche, solo tienes que pulsar el de la izquierda. Las instalaciones del hostal estaban, en general, limpias y tuve una estancia cómoda. También había un cartel que indicaba claramente la consigna de equipaje, así que creo que es un hostal recomendable para japoneses que se alojen en Chiayi y sepan leer caracteres chinos.

El receptor era tan amable cuando intentaba comunicarnos en inglés (aunque su inglés no era tan eficiente), especialmente cuando quiero prestar el adaptador en lugar. La habitación era limpia, limpia, teníamos un desayuno cupón en la leche de Yonghe Soy cerca y era bueno para!!

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel estaba limpio y tranquilo, y el colchón era cómodo: ni demasiado blando ni demasiado firme.
No está muy cerca de la estación de tren; hay que entrar por la parte trasera y cruzar un puente peatonal, lo cual es un poco incómodo. Los autobuses en Chiayi no son frecuentes, así que conviene calcular tiempo extra para el trayecto.
El personal del hotel fue muy atento y amable; ¡un diez!
El desayuno era abundante y delicioso.
Quizás por ser fin de semana, había bastantes familias con niños alojadas allí, y había algo de ruido antes de acostarse, pero por suerte se calmó después de las 11 de la noche.

UUsuario anónimoAround 500 m from the TRA Chiayi front exit, the staff are friendly and kind. The room is big enough for two people and their luggage. The lobby smells good; there is a small café in the lobby.
The bathroom is a separate wet and dry area. A hairdryer is in the room, and the toilet is an automatic bidet.
The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are soft for sleeping well.
We were able to leave our luggage after checking out because of my Alishan itinerary.

Se tarda 10 minutos a pie desde el hostal hasta el mercado nocturno de la Calle Cultural. Está prohibido aparcar en los callejones; vi que denunciaron algunos vehículos aparcados sobre las líneas blancas de la acera. Hay un aparcamiento cerca llamado Estación de Autobuses de la Ciudad.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y cuentan con artículos de aseo, zapatillas, toallas, sales de baño, agua embotellada e incluso desayuno. Ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. El desayuno es aceptable, y es evidente que la comida se recalienta al día siguiente, pero por este precio, creo que los pequeños inconvenientes compensan los grandes. Lo único que creo que necesita mejorar es el consumo de agua. Si los vecinos están usando agua, puede haber bastante ruido en la habitación; quienes sean sensibles al ruido quizás necesiten tapones para los oídos. En general, lo recomiendo; el precio es muy razonable.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations for local activities.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and high-speed internet.
Overall, my stay is exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

2. El personal brindó un excelente servicio, recordando repetidamente a los huéspedes que los gatos callejeros fuera de la puerta podrían hacerles daño.
3. La habitación era vieja y estaba bastante deteriorada. Había suciedad negra y moho en los alféizares de las ventanas, las paredes y el inodoro; la habitación tenía un olor a humedad difícil de eliminar. La ventana daba al edificio contiguo, lo que dificultaba la ventilación. Aunque había mosquiteras, seguía habiendo mosquitos. Las cucarachas salían de debajo de la cama; se recomienda que el personal del hotel realice fumigaciones periódicas.
4. Instalaciones de la habitación: Se recomienda conectar el refrigerador con anticipación para que los huéspedes puedan usarlo inmediatamente después del registro.

- when we entered the room a cockroach ran across the floor.
- the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all on the 4th floor, despite two WiFi networks connecting, you couldn’t load any internet pages.
- there was only one bottle of water and one bath towel even though the room was for two people. When we asked reception, they told us to get another towel from the trolley in the hallway.
- no one came in to make up the room (stayed two nights)
- no hand soap in the bathroom (I understand the Taiwan policy on plastic usage but they supply body wash in a bottle so surely you can supply hand soap in a bottle too)
- very hot in the room - no aircon only a fan (our mistake we didn’t see that when booking)
- generally quite dirty (dirty floors, bathroom walls had mould and cracks in it, sink was stained dirty)
- no shower curtain or panel in the bath so the room got wet when showering
- reception staff were indifferent
- expensive for what it is - wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.
