ツェルマットを楽しむのに最高の場所でした。 内装がとても可愛く全体的に温かみがあり、日本では味わえない非日常を体験できました。 部屋もゆったりと過ごせる広さで、ベランダのに出るとツェルマットの澄んだ空気を感じられて良かったです。眺望がある部屋ではありませんでしたが、それでも外に出られるのは良かったです。バスルームだけ狭さは感じましたがシャワーを浴びるだけなので許容範囲内です。 部屋の冷蔵庫中には水やビール、炭酸飲料などが用意されていて無料で頂けたのはとても嬉しかったです。物価の高いスイスでは有難いサービスだと思います。 ウェルカムスイーツとしてのリンツのチョコレートも、スイスらしさを感じられ嬉しいサービスでした。 朝食も一般的な洋風なブレックファーストといったラインナップでしたが、フルーツもチーズも素材が良いのかシンプルでありながら美味しく、個人的にはクロワッサンがとても美味しかったです♡あとオーダーしたら作ってくれるホットチョコやカプチーノなどのカフェも美味しかったです。 チェックアウト時には駅まで送迎して頂けて助かりました。 スタッフの方も親しみやすい雰囲気で、良い滞在となりました。

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

La habitación es una pequeña casa de madera con una caja de terraza. Aunque no es de lujo, es más cálido, el hotel ofrece pantalones de regalo y dientes, y tiene lavabos de caballos. ¡El arroz de la montaña negra del restaurante vale la pena probar! El punto más grande es su nueva zona de spa. Cuando estás cansado de esquiar un día de vuelta al hotel con dolor de esquí, saltar a una piscina tranquila para relajarte, luego ir a la sauna y a la sala especial con una gran depresión. Es una gran cosa.

¡La ubicación era justo en el centro de la ciudad, muy conveniente! Los supermercados estaban caminando a distancia, e incluso las opciones de comida eran muchas como macdonalds, comida occidental, etc. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. First of all, location is nice. And the owner and team are really nice. Politely and passionate. Of course facilities is good, weather 'doubtless' to be nice. All good and clean. They have even provide me a nicer view

Room heater not working, 1 of the staff provide a portable heater and friendly... The hotel shoe need charges but we not taken, after that say free to us but once open is like a dirty and old 😤No quality checking...

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience! The hotel was priced at 500 euros per night for my room... Personally, I thought it was well worth it! This is because (1) A light course dinner is included (2) Breakfast buffet is included (3) It costs 60 euros round trip & takes about 1.5 hours to climb up here, so you can't get up and down so much and you don't know the weather on the mountain. The mountain railroad ends at 20:00 at night, so from then until morning, the top of the mountain will be monopolized by hotel guests. So, considering all these factors, I thought it was rather a good deal. In fact, I was able to capture the cloudless Matterhorn on my way home after checking out at the very end! So I recommend this hotel

Recepcionista muy amable. El registro de entrada y salida fue sin contratiempos. Las habitaciones están limpias. El desayuno era estándar y decente.
