Staying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for. The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences. I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

¡Un hotel precioso! Aunque estaba a unas pocas calles de la estación, ofrecían un servicio de transporte gratuito. El servicio del hotel fue excelente, incluyendo asesoramiento gratuito para planificar actividades en Zermatt. ¡Sin duda volvería a este hotel si regreso a Zermatt en el futuro!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm hospitality and personalized service. The room was cozy but dated, with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn right from our balcony—absolutely magical at sunrise and sunset. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to the village center and lifts, yet quiet enough for peaceful evenings. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and already planning our return. Highly recommend this hotel for couples seeking charm, comfort, and stunning alpine beauty. Psst: Minus the opposite land area with constant noise in the morning due from construction, it will be better.

這是一傢什麼樣的神仙酒店呀。訂的時候完全沒有預期到，因為采爾馬特衹有一天的時間，所以想在火車站附近找一家住。沒想到酒店不僅地理位置很方便（樓下就是商業街），硬件設施非常好，早餐也很豐富。因為離火車站和登山小火車都很近，完全來得及坐最早7點的小火車上山到最後一站Gornergrat，看到了日照金山。另外酒店前台Panna非常kind，給我們介紹了登山遊玩的路線，如何找黑臉羊的方位，還幫我們訂當地非常風味的餐廳。最後再一次感謝酒店Panna和Zoe對於我們這次行程的巨大幫助。

Los supermercados estaban caminando a distancia, e incluso las opciones de comida eran muchas como macdonalds, comida occidental, etc. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. The setting is perfect for ski-in/ski-out access in winter and stunning hiking trails in summer. Rooms – 9/10 The rooms are cozy, modern, and well-equipped while still maintaining a classic Swiss alpine charm. Many rooms come with Matterhorn views, and waking up to this scenery is an experience in itself. The beds are comfortable, and the rustic wooden decor gives a warm, welcoming feel. Some rooms have balconies, which I highly recommend booking for the full experience. Service – 9/10 The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. Despite the hotel’s remote location, the service is top-notch, with staff going out of their way to accommodate special requests. From seamless check-in to helpful local recommendations, they make the stay even more special. Dining – 8.5/10 The on-site restaurant serves delicious Swiss cuisine, including traditional dishes like fondue and rösti. The breakfast is generous, featuring fresh bread, cheeses, meats, and eggs cooked to order. The only downside is that, due to the remote location, dining options are limited to the hotel restaurant, but the quality makes up for it. Wellness & Spa – 10/10 The outdoor hot tub with a view of the Matterhorn is an absolute highlight! There’s also a sauna and steam bath, perfect after a day of skiing or hiking. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by snow-capped peaks is an experience worth every penny. Activities – 10/10 Winter: Perfect for skiing, as the hotel is directly on the slopes. The ski room is convenient, and the access to the Gornergrat ski area is unbeatable. Summer: Incredible hiking trails with direct access to the Gornergratbahn for easy excursions to higher altitudes.
