Location: The hotel is well located, approximately a 9-minute walk from the nearest station, which made getting around convenient. Room & Housekeeping: The room was clean and well maintained throughout my 4-night stay, which I appreciated. However, the minibar was not refilled during the entire stay, which was disappointing and not what I would expect given the price paid. Staff & Service: Unfortunately, the service experience was inconsistent. The front desk staff appeared inexperienced and unsure about basic matters such as payment handling and invoicing, which caused unnecessary confusion. It felt as though the staff member may have been an intern without adequate supervision or training. More concerning was the overall attitude at the counter, which came across as rude and unwelcoming. I sincerely hope this was not a case of discrimination, but the interaction especially with the man staff did not reflect the level of hospitality expected. Value for Money: While the hotel positioned itself as high-end in design, the service and experience felt surprisingly basic. For the price charged, it did not offer good value and did not meet the standards. Overall: Although the location and cleanliness were positives, the service shortcomings and lack of value significantly affected the overall experience

Muy buen hotel está a 1 min de la estación de trenes y a menos de 8 min de la ciudad, la cama es súper cómoda no probamos el desayuno ya que el coste era muy elevado. Dejan bebidas en el minibar incluidas.

Una estancia agradable en este hotel, situado a solo 5 minutos de la estación de tren. El excelente servicio y la mejora gratuita de categoría son una ventaja.

Estuve con mi familia y el hotel estaba bien. Está cerca de la estación central y limpio.

The overall experience was good just that the ventilation of the suite was quite bad.. the smell couldn’t get out of the room. Location wise very convenient.

No está cerca del centro de la ciudad. Sin embargo, el hotel proporcionó un billete gratuito para el transporte público. En general, mi estancia fue muy agradable.

Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

Uno de los hostales más económicos de Lucerna, pero también el mejor. Aparte de la preciosa zona común, la cápsula cama es una de las más cómodas de mi viaje de 46 días por Europa. Dispone de un enorme espacio de almacenamiento de equipaje gratuito. Y las duchas están tan bien equipadas y diseñadas como las de muchos hostales japoneses. En cuanto a la ubicación, está a 1 minuto a pie de la parada de autobús (y a pocos minutos de un impresionante museo glacial), lo cual es súper práctico. Lo único raro fue que el depósito de equipaje electrónico me falló dos veces; no pude abrirlo después de cerrarlo con la llave electrónica. Una de las veces ocurrió pasada la medianoche (la recepcionista se había ido), dejándome sin cepillo de dientes ni producto facial para usar antes de dormir. No sé qué falló. Pero en general, disfruté muchísimo de mi estancia aquí. Una opción de alojamiento que priorizaría la próxima vez que vuelva a Lucerna.

The room was a little cold even with the heating on maximum. Location was good and facilities in the room is excellent. They even have a coffee machine in the room.
