Hotel apartment was superb,nice view and location as well,walking distance to CBD area as well as Cataract Gorge.Parking at hotel was convenient and cheap.

Wonderful Location and one of the best rooms in Launceston... It's really nice facilities up here and love everything about this one.

Our family booked two rooms and we have a very pleasant stay. There are convenient of very good restaurants nearby and grocer stores too. We would wish they have provide slippers as the toilet floor is very cold. On the whole, service is good and room cleanliness is good.

The hotel staffs were welcoming, friendly and parking was also included in our stay. As we are a family of 5 pax, the hotel has provided two rooms which are interconnected. This makes it convenient for us as a family to connect. The rooms were clean and tidy with great showers. Breakfast was included in our stay with a great selection of ala carte breakfast, with good selection of beverages and coffee. Highly recommended.

Splendid experience at the Gorge Deluxe Room. Very clean and spacious with a lovely view of the river and hills nearby.  Plenty of hiking routes available nearby which is ideal for those looking for a good walking experience.  For dog lovers, walking Archie (the silo dog) is also a great add-on!  First time for us walking a dog at a 5-star hotel.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, great location as well. However the room feels very stuffy, the balcony is locked only a small window is left open and the screen window is incredibly dusty, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Also the housekeeping is very unprofessional, she came straight in without even knocking the door around 9am while we are still sleeping, just saying hello when unlocking the door. Unhappy about that.
