En toda mi estancia no se limpio la habitacion cuando les pregunte fueron muy groseros la alfombra estaba muy sucia y no habia cobijas

El hotel y sus instalaciones son excelentes, sus servicios, limpieza, amenidades, todo excelente, pero se me cobro por tres habitaciones, mismas que pague dos de ellas y cancele la tercera, pero al obtener mi estado de cuenta me di cuenta que se habían cobrado las tres en la tarjeta que use para la reserva, estoy aún tratando de contactar a la gerente para poder aclarar esta situación.

I’ve stayed at this Best Western several times and have never had a negative experience. The staff is friendly and the rooms/public areas are always clean.

Breakfast was ok, not particularly extraordinary. Sometimes I had to wait for a while to get stuff like eggs, waffle batter, etc. There was usually one person only trying to keep the breakfast dining room running even though there were 15-20 guests there. Beware of the location. There is not really much around it and San Antonio is still a good 20 minute drive away.
