Riders Hotel

Our room was a bit unpractical for storing our cloths, but it had a nice design (like the whole hotel) and view out of the window. For us it was very hot in the room during the whole time, due to the fan it was okay. The breakfast was really good. The bike storage was most of the time full - so we hadn't a place for our bikes. The lockers were very useful to dry cloths.

upscale hostile, sauber, minimalist , partiers, good for young crowd, extra noise, relaxed , food snack choices too little, healthy big breakfast, modern trendy colors and look. friendly and fun taff.

I spent five days at Riders with two friends, we all loved our time there. The hospitality was amazing, everyone is very polite, friendly, helpful, cheerful, welcoming. The food was amazing and fresh. The room bright, immaculate and smelled amazingly fresh. Can't wait to go back!!! Well done everyone, keep up the good works 🏂

We love This hotel, we come here since 4 years. The staff is always super friendly and very keen to help with all the needs (e.g. they booked all restaurants throughout our whole stay). The coffee and drinks at the bar are great! And the food in the restaurant is amazing, although it’s vegetarian (and we are meat lovers) it is so creative that you don’t miss the meat. The breakfast is something different, I haven’t had such a nice breakfast in any other hotel in Switzerland, its not a buffet where you just place the food on big plates, it’s always prepared freshly and you get nice warm and cold dishes. The rooms are not big, but has enough space and all you need. The Soeders soap and shampoo I’m the rooms is so nice! In the basement there is a play room and gym with a ping pong table and table soccer, which entertains teens as well and the grown ups had fun nights having Ping Pong competitions. The hotel is located conveniently just minutes away from the big gondola. Perfect when you have kids a need to bring them to ski school in the morning. Really a cool spot for young and old! The only thing I miss is a pool or sauna, but that would just be the cherry on top! Good job Riders Team we are back soon!!

Very bad experience. We went with the family to rest and ski, and we could not sleep. They have very loud music in the bar and concerts until more than 1 in the morning. Honestly you dont expect this in Switzerland and when you go to practice a sport and wake up early in the morning. Its a pity because its a nice hotel, but for party I go to Ibiza. I will never come back. And dont recomend if you like skiing.

Hotel: nice, cool design Room: nice, good shower Bar: nice, good selection of beers and gins Breakfast: nice (it's fully vegetarian and very nice, but you may not like it if you are a dedicated meat-eater) Staff: nice Location: good - 5 mins walk to the ski lift BUT: do not stay on the ground floor on a night where they have an event on in the nightclub (currently only Saturday nights). I think other floors might be ok (although we did not find out). We stayed as a family in a "Riders Friends" room, number 1.16. The club is open between 11pm and 5am and we did not get any sleep during this period. Obviously we repeatedly asked the staff to solve the problem but they could not (no other rooms were available to move to, and the club manager could not be persuaded to turn down the music). Since the club is run by the hotel, I find this a bit crazy. The hotel would only give us free breakfast by way of compensation, nothing more. Their attitude seemed to be "we have a club so you should expect this". But I don't think you can expect music so loud in your room that you cannot sleep until 5am. It ruined our weekend's skiing.

Dinge, die uns gut gefallen haben: - Refill Water ( gratis Wasser zum Nachfüllen für mehr Nachhaltigkeit) 👌 - sehr schöne Bar mit studentenfreundlichen Preisen - sehr leckeres Frühstück - hundefreundliches Hotel - sehr gute Infrastruktur für Skifahrer mit Skiraum, Luggage und Dusche - schöne Aussicht aus den Zimmern - gute Gehdistanz zur Bergbahn - sehr gutes Parking in der Tiefgarage - extrem gute Wahl des Bodens ( kein Teppich, sondern pflegeleichter Beton) - einfaches Check-In und Check-Out - junges, engagiertes Team - nachhaltiges, gut riechendes Duschgel Dinge, die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben: - geringe Menüauswahl beim Abendessen, aber ein guter Ansatz, vegetarisch zu kochen - Duschtüre ist durchsichtig ( Privatsspähre ist nicht unbedingt gewährleistet) - ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre nicht schlecht gewesen

Der komplette Aufenthalt war einmal mehr top! Nebst dem reichhaltigem Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen veganen Optionen, lohnt es sich auch im hoteleigenen Restaurant Abend zu essen. Ebenfalls werden die Drinks beim Apero mit sehr viel Liebe und Leidenschaft zubereitet. Das Küchenteam scheint sehr gut eingespielt zu sein und zaubern immer wunderbare Köstlichkeiten auf den Teller. Wer davon noch nicht genug hat, kann bis frühmorgens im Club das Tanzbein schwingen. Wir kommen wieder!
