La ubicación es demasiado remota, se tarda entre 40 y 50 minutos en llegar al aeropuerto IAH y un taxi cuesta 50 dólares; 2. El hotel es un hotel de 2 estrellas, con una amplia gama de habitaciones. Cuando llegué a las 12:30, tuve que mostrar al auditor nocturno cómo encontrar mi reserva porque ni siquiera estaba adecuadamente entrenado en cómo utilizar el sistema después de 6 meses de trabajo. Entonces descubrimos que la reserva fue marcada como NO Show porque cerró la noche. El director de la oficina principal llamó a que me ayudara a darme una habitación a mi familia, como teníamos una reserva, y hi fue muy poco profesional durante la conversación telefónica y tratar a este pobre tipo como un idiota. El hotel de la ciudad de Austin, donde se encuentran los niños, se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad de Austin, donde se encuentran los niños que están en el centro de la ciudad. El tipo que me hacía entrar no tenía idea de cómo entrar a un miembro que pagaba puntos y tuve que entrenarlo paso a paso. Después, cuando finalmente entramos en la habitación, huele como nunca se limpió, la habitación y el edificio parecen no tienen mantenimiento desde 1960. La habitación estaba tintada con sangre, la cama como si alguien más estuviera dormido ahí unos minutos antes de nosotros... sólo un desastre.
