The room was exceptionally cleaned and Jannette made sure that we are more than satisfied.. big thanks and appreciation to her. Also Abir at the morning breakfast place gave us the best experience she made sure we have everything that we needed and more. Houcine was a start in providing the best experience in customer service that we rarely see in anyone else you definitely need to keep him going and keep him around as he knows how to make customers the happiest ! La próxima vez que lo haga, el paisaje es tan hermoso. Este hotel es más adecuado para las vacaciones. Porque el lugar de residencia está un poco lejos del hall. El restaurante italiano es más caro y sabe.

So, there are good and bad aspects to this hotel. We stayed five nights, so had a fairly in depth experience. To start with, we had booked a suite. When we booked in we were allocated a room and I kept thinking, surely this isn’t a suite. My French isn’t great, so there was a language barrier. But I even showed the reception girl my booking and she still got it wrong. After the second night, I asked again at reception and it turned out that there had been a mistake. They upgraded us from an ‘Executive’ room to a junior suite. That’s all well and good. They did refund the difference and give us a complimentary couples massage. The massage was truly excellent. There are three restaurants. A Tunisian one serving a la carte and buffet, a really good Italian and a fantastic authentic Indian. The Indian restaurant served some of the best food we’ve had. The Italian was also great. Really lovely staff too. The Tunisian one was awful. Ambivalent, couldn’t be bothered rude staff, over priced mediocre food and very busy. The outdoor pool was a godsend, and we used it every day. It’s a full sized pool and wasn’t usually too busy. Loved it, and spent a lot of time swimming and sunbathing. Really nice pool boy too. As we had a suite we had unlimited access to the VIP lounge. Nibbles and drinks on tap and again lovely staff. That was great too. Our second room ‘Junior suite’ was really big with a lovely sitting room, great bathroom and usefully, two toilets. However, there was an awful smell in there, that just wouldn’t go away. Overall, I wouldn’t go back. Considering we booked one of the best rooms in a five star hotel, attention to detail and customer service could be a lot better.

Se encuentra en una taxi de 5 € desde aquí hasta el centro de Túnez, pero una ubicación mucho más tranquila, limpia y agradable. Siéntese aquí con las ondas que se desplazan fuera de mi ventana no puedo defectuar el lugar. Verdad, realmente maravilloso. Recomendado sin una sola reserva.

¡Al llegar, puerta cerrada!! ¡Entonces una persona nos abre la puerta, pasamos la puerta, 5 personas hacen trabajos (ruido)... ¡Luego tomamos posesión de nuestras habitaciones, tan pronto como tomamos una ducha, inundación en el suelo! Luego se ha quedado eléctrico! Queríamos tomar un café al final de la noche, todavía lo esperamos! Personal inexistente! Bcp de cierres en el suelo cerca de la piscina! Sin mencionar nuestras noches! A las 1:00 de la mañana, música a fondo hasta las 5:00! ¡No se puede dormir! ¡Por suerte los niños no se han despertado! Sin mencionar la vista de nuestro balcón, vista de campo amplio (vajillas) No recomiendo a todas las personas que vengan aquí! Hemos pasado por la agencia TUI, tanto decir que nos escucharán cuando regresemos! ¡Nos encanta!
