Muy mala Limpieza

Había que pedir más toallas del baño y más jabón y shampoo

Qué no respetaron mi cancelación y/o devolución, ya que porque cuestiones familiares de que un familiar falleció, no pude abordar mi vuelo y por ende no llegué a hospedarme, me comuniqué con el hotel y con ustedes pero no se da respuesta alguna sobre reembolso, cancelación o modificación de fechas para poder cambiar mi hospedaje en dicho hotel, ya que igual quería cambiar mis fechas de hospedaje para Junio del presente año

Found one bed bug on night 2 after they put "clean sheets" in. Plus, a huge bug in the sink that we had to kill. This resulted in us sleeping in our rental car for the last night. The staff was friendly but the place smelt disgusting and the elevator was always out of service. The elevator wouldn't be a normal complaint of mine if the place was at least clean. Bugs and dirt everywhere in the room are unacceptable. I would suggest paying more money to stay somewhere that is at least clean if you are traveling from out of state....

The location is good, but very pricey for what it offers. Our room was the worst! According to the online check in, it was the last available, but the restroom was clogged. The phone didn't work and the fridge was broken. The ice machines weren't working either. We tried to get a hold of someone to help, but no one was available. It was a good thing that it was a short stay and we only went to sleep.

First night was good, but flooring was coming up in bathroom. Second night, elevator was down. We got ambushed by a bat on the 3rd floor. Scared my 5 and 2 year old granddaughters.
Elevator down the next morning again.
The breakfast and the lady who handled all of that were very good. Lady, failed to get her name, was the best I have experienced in a hotel. I gave her kudos to the manager.
