Place: 5 stars hotel close to the fantastic beaches Service 5 stars + well done and helpfull in every way Value 5 stars + so nice close to the sea - no roads og cars Cleaning 5 stars cleaning the best way every day Food 3 stars- not variable enough Frendly for kids: 2- 3 due to standard - 1 rooms + bath - no fridge etc. Simple standard.

I was there with my brother on a relaxing holiday. Lovely staff, and they cleaned the rooms daily. We would go back any time. For me, the best thing was they had a restaurant right on the beach. We had breakfast and dinner there daily. 10/10. above and beyond!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here! We planned on staying two days, but in the end we stayed the whole week. Shaibu, the new owner of this place, was very friendly and helpful. He revolutionized this place into the incredible place it has become. The beach is beautiful, the food is good, and the service is excellent. Beds are made every day, and even twice if you ask for it. When my girlfriend got overwhelmed by the heat at the beach, Shaibu made sure we could spend a night in an upgraded, air-conditioned room to recuperate. The wooden houses do not have air-conditioning, but with the breeze of the sea and a ventilator it's perfectly fine. Overall great value for your money! One day we will return.

If you like waiting 2 hours for 6 sandwiches and a burger which are cold and not tasty, come to this place. Also good if you enjoy being lied to about a discount because your food is late. Oh and the staff is a lovely mix of careless and rude. Polé polé

I have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Stuff seemed friendly, but even tho I did not want my room cleaned and only requested change of towels I still got robbed for 10k $ as I had a stop over in Dubai before coming to Zanzibar and had to take with me that much cash for the deal I am doing back home. Anyways after just leaving the place for 10 minutes cleaning lady came right after me pretended to clean and took the cash. Her going into the room was caught on camera. Police did not do anything, only suggested some stupid report to be written which made no sense. Hotel manager was trying to help but actually was just stalling the time. In general my advice is if you have to come to Zanzibar do not bring anything valuable, bring a card that you can use and some older clothes. Horrible and beyond bad experience, worst part of it all is that they all seem to be into it together as even when you report the theft no one does move a finger. So I would stay away from this place.

What a gem on the beach! We were here two days in a row - stayed in a different hotel, but asked to use the sun beds (there were more than enough). We had drinks and lunch both days - the pizza was good and the chicken sandwich even better. Simple and cozy place with good service.

terrible rooms - we were living in bungalows with rats and mosquitos coming in at will. In addition, sleeping was very hard as it was also terribly loud (from bar music, stray dogs) as clearly zero sound proof. would not return here even if for free

An absolutely charming location, friendly staff attentive to the needs of customers, tasty food,...a wonderful vacation! I highly recommend. I will definitely come back every year, great to find this location.

The hotel is very beautiful, clean ,love the food there plus friendly staff .. nice view from the beach .. not forgetting the rooms are big for couples and friends it’s to die for so i will definitely visit again..
