Just amazing. The hotel have spa turkish bath diving center ,there is lot of things to do. Also there is live music at the dinner(btw foods was amazingg especially the dinner)and piano player at the lobby which is so nice. All the staffs so friendly the girl at guest relations (Humeyra) she helped us a lot. Thanks for everything. From begging at the reception to the end everything was perfect.

We stayed for a couple of nights, the location is perfect, close to the seaside and there are a lot of restaurants and bars around. The room was spacious and rather clean, the bed was just amazing, real soft and felt like you’re sleeping in a cloud. We really liked the breakfast too, it had everything you could wish for and they also had fresh orange juice, my absolute favourite! The indoor swimming pool turned out to be smaller than in the pictures, but I mean it was still nice to be able to swim.

Sí, la música puede ser alta y no al gusto de todos, pero hay otras áreas que también puedes ir. Están realmente implicando a todos y sin embargo no están en tu cara ni en tu empujada. Gracias especial a Mike. La comida era increíble, algo para todos. El bufete principal se abre de las 7:00 a las 11:00. A las 1230pm a las 2:00 y para la cena de las 7:00 a las 930pm. El bar por las diapositivas se abre de las 11:00 a las 5:00, sirviendo principalmente hamburguesas y pizzas. El bar de relajación con 16 plus piscina ofreció un servicio de menú 11am a 17pm y eso no fue para todos los más de 16 o la patisserie que ofreció tortas, helados, waffles (aproximadamente a las 3:00), café o vino de 11am a 11pm. Aparentemente, también se ha producido una cena tarde de las 11:00 a las 12:00. La gente puso toallas en las camas solares muy temprano y como siempre se las da a las que no se levantan por horas o no en absoluto, pero esto es una minoría y de nuevo si le pides a los empleados que te van a dar camas. Todas las zonas mantuvieron inmaculadamente limpias, hemos visto dos incidentes de decir que las personas (o los niños) se capturaron cortos y en minutos la zona se limpió. Incluso los baños por las escaleras alguien siempre limpiaba la parte superior de mármol alrededor del bañón, así que no había marcas de explosión. Si yo daría un negativo en absoluto, sería que más baños se acercan más a la piscina y que los guardaespaldas deben parecer que hacen más, ya que parecen reunir comida y no prestar realmente atención a su trabajo. El hotel no debería ser marcado como un hotel muy impresionante y muy valioso para visitar.

I loved my stay here. The room was properly cleaned every day. A delicious breakfast was served on a top terrace with a breath-taking view over the coastline. The location is very central so you can easily reach any place by walking. The stuff was very polite, helpful, and they spoke excellent English. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. The bed was super comfy! I also didn't experience any issues with the shower or the water pressure which is often the case in some hotels. The room size was more than enough for a few-day stay, and I specifically loved that every item in the room was in good condition and served its purpose. I felt extremely relaxed and unbothered throughout my whole stay. Thank you!

Fresh-fat con fruta, en la piscina todo tipo de pizza, pipa, verduras, dulces, bares en todas partes, todo con un sonrisa, ven aquí, no cuadras, mesas limpias al mismo tiempo, los huéspedes aquí están felizes, la actitud es muy agradable, permaneció muy satisfecho. El desayuno en el encantador pequeño jardín fue tan relajante y nos disfrutamos de caminar hacia el mar y alrededor de la ciudad. Мы останавливались в данном отеле всего на одну ночь, но даже этого хватило, чтобы запомнить его навсегда. В действительности комнаты отеля намного меньше, чем на фото. Вся обстановка комнаты очень старая. Входная белая дверь грязная, заляпанная. Шторы старые, пахнут пылью, были оторваны с одной стороны. Пластиковая дверь в ванную комнату покрыта ржавчиной. Сама ванная представляет собой унитаз, раковину без какой-либо полочки для гигиенических принадлежностей, и смеситель. Отдельной душевой кабины с дверками или хотя бы душевого поддона нет. То есть предполагается, что вы принимаете душ, а вода льется не только на вас, но и на все остальное, что есть в ванной комнате - на пол, унитаз, раковину. В нашем номере вода после принятия душа не уходила полностью в слив, а прямо перед унитазом стояла лужа. Ручка душа и вовсе была оторвана от шланга, после жалобы на ресепшне нам просто выдали новую. По номеру пришлось ходить исключительно в пляжных тапочках из-за постоянной сырости в ванной. Одно из трех выданных полотенец было грязным, мы предпочли пользоваться своими. Поверхности стола, тумбочки, телефон, были пыльные, это было видно невооруженным глазом. Зеркало в ванной было все в разводах от тряпки, которой его наспех протерли, а в комнате и вовсе не было вытерто. В целом впечатление от отеля ужасное. Многие детали интерьера требуют замены на новые. Уборщицы то ли не успевают, то ли работают на отвали. Хотя в некоторых вопросах дело даже не в уборке. Например, проснулись мы с кусочками отвалившейся от стены краски на кровати. Спасибо, хоть висящий над кроватью кондиционер остался на месте. Мы не могли дождаться утра, чтобы побыстрее съехать оттуда. Единственный плюс отеля это его расположение прямо в центре города. Кстати, при выборе отеля мы не нашли ни одного отрицательного отзыва, что выглядит очень странно. Скорее всего, их просто чистят. Надеюсь, что мой отзыв останется здесь и будет полезен. Никому не рекомендую данный отель, он абсолютно не стоит тех денег, которые за него просят. За такую же сумму можно найти варианты лучше, пусть и дальше от центра.

Let me start by saying that the staff at this hotel were so kind and helpful, I have absolutely no complaints about them. When we first arrived at the hotel, their credit card machine was not working, and they let us settle in and said we could pay the next morning no problem. It was super nice. When we asked for extra towels or toilet paper there was always extra. Amazing people. However, this hotel could use a SERIOUS renovation. As soon as we opened the door the room smelled like an old man’s gym locker, there were stains on some of the sheets, and my duvet comforter was literally ripped at the bottom. The water smelled like sulfur and sea**** every other time we used the sink, and the electricity in the room would jsut randomly go off by itself and then come back on later. The lights outside our room in the hallway hardly ever worked and the spa (hammam) was non existent. It was literally an abandoned basement with old furniture upside down and empty dark rooms. Absolutely terrifying looking, we went back to our room immediately. There was water leaking on the top floor and the paint falling off the walls in many areas.Whoever runs/owns this hotel must be trying to create an interactive horror experience. Although Kayahanbay Otel might have seen it’s last renovation during the ottoman reign, it is central to downtown Kusadasi and would be the best hotel in town if it had a serious renovation. The breakfast was pretty good too. Beautiful views and close to the Çarsi and restaurants.

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. (Y habla excelente inglés, por cierto!) El desayuno en el encantador pequeño jardín fue tan relajante y nos disfrutamos de caminar hacia el mar y alrededor de la ciudad. Me sacudí, sin embargo, cuando dejé una blusa favorita (vintage) detrás, y Denis fue a tan difícil hacer arreglamientos para enviarme en la ciudad donde nos quedamos. ¡Hasta me ofreció traerme a mí mismo, que habría estado en una hora de conducción!

Una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido, he hecho amigos por toda mi vida, siempre estando en contacto cuando volvíamos a Irlanda. El equipo de animación y el personal son tan amables y útiles. Siempre tienen actividades que hacer durante el día y la noche. Sería sin duda tiempo y tiempo de nuevo.

Desde que se ha llegado a nuestra habitación todo ha sido excepcional, el hotel limpio, comida, bebidas, entretenimiento y las instalaciones alrededor de la piscina. No sería justo no mencionar a Hakan el director de alimentos y bebidas y su equipo para que todos los huéspedes sean muy bienvenidos a cada comida. Es raro encontrar un hotel que obtiene todo bien pero City’s Hill merece su 5/5!! Bien hecho!!!

I travelled to TNR Boutique Hotel and Spa Kusadasi (Turkey) from 12th - 19th April 2023 as my daughter was having her teeth done. It is 1.25 journey by taxi costing £45 from Izmir airport to this hotel. We arrived about 1pm and met a very nice young man who duly checked us in and allotted our rooms we had 2 separate rooms. They both had sea view and were lovely but we were 1.5 miles from nearest beach Ladies beach I believe the photo on the TNR website is very like Ladies beach in high season be aware this beach is a good 25 mins walk from hotel. I cannot understand some reviews by tripadvisors around same time advising about how good the dinner was there is no evening meal available in this hotel There are some restaurants Kusadasi I was not impressed at all but would highly recommend Kosmu near the sea excellent food ,made feel welcome and great service steak was par excellence thanks. The hotel has a pool but there was no water in it (do have a laugh()I believe the day I left they were filling it so cannot comment on it there is a Spa which I never saw i was informed that the jacuzzi was out of action and could have treatments and use of what ever was actually up and running so I was so disillusioned with my experience that I passed on this one. it was one negative after another. breakfast was the exact same for my 7 days olives,3 chesses, bread and butter and jam honey , a boiled egg cold and so dry it caused me to cough, Turkish tea. We did not have it each day. this was served in an adjoining room called Castrell we paid 3 liras each for fresh orange juice it was nice. The smell of waste from the drains was appalling . When I went to reception the usual reply was ' little English but when I disputed the issue 'they were quick to defend. They were not friendly or business like or helpful. I enquired about the shuttle service how its works and the manager Nigor ( my apologies if I got the spelling wrong) admitted they could arrange a tranfer for approx £120 . We got Kale taxis (£45 ) Their profile on Booking .com which we booked through was so misleading as I have outlined above. They charged my daughter for soiled sheets £15 which was an insult and actually took photos of the sheets and passed the photos around from domestic staff to receptionists to manager this was an invasion of privacy as our solicitor has called it. I cannot say any more as we have left it in our solicitor hands but they are ruthless . I have travelled many places all over the world as have not come across any people as greedy and griping like I did in Turkey, the men were tormenting and condescending especially towards women . Avoid Murphys on the Port as 4 men tried to make me pay for my meal twice because the young man who dealt with my bill actually had no paper in the machine except a tiny bit it came up on my phone the amount I paid . La habitación era pequeña pero perfectamente limpia con un completo servicio de suites. Le recomendamos una habitación doble. La ubicación era grande para explorar Kusadasi y se podía aparcar gratis en todo el hotel. (Pregunte a la dirección de reservarle un espacio). El personal no podía haber sido más amable y útil. El desayuno turco fue tan bueno como cualquier otro en un hotel de 5 estrellas. He contado 15 delicacias diferentes más café o té más pan. Seguramente quedará aquí otra vez.
