La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a pocos minutos a pie de la playa, hay un restaurante, y también es un conocido restaurante frecuentado por lugareños. Las instalaciones del hotel son un poco viejas, la habitación no es muy grande y el balcón es pequeño. Tomar un breve descanso también es una buena opción.

Staff were very nice, however the breakfast could be much improved, I would say it’s bad. For the price we paid it was okay + the view was wonderful

Estubimos hospedados solo una noche por suerte ya que veníamos en un tour , y la realidad fue el peor hotel que tuvimos en nuestro viaje en Turquía, entramos a la habitación la cortina rota con un siete de aquellos , el baño la puerta podrida y al bañarnos empezo a salir un olor a podrido, no había vasos en la habitación y el agua parecía ser salada. Cuando intentos cenar ya que incluida la cena , nos fue imposible encontrar algo de nuestro agrado, el pollo eran solo carcasas. Al volver de cenar en la ciudad que es muy bella quisimos poner el agua mineral en la heladera y está no funcionaba , y cuando nos quisimos acostar no había sábana superior y nada con que taparnos, y lo que había en el ropero estaba sucio de tierra.

tuvimos muchos inconvenientes llegamos tarde despues de una largo dia y no habia agua caliente ni internet. el servicio del restaurant dejo mucho q desear-y no nos daban solucion a los problemas. y no fue una habitacion sino el grupo de 30 personas q vaijamos

I reported that I had an accident and I can't come to the hotel. Unfortunately, they don't care, all they care about is money! Of course, they charged me for my stay. Stay away from such hotels, their guests are not important to them. Embarrassing..

From the outside, you would drive past this place. However, when you go inside, the decor is really smart and tidy. We were fortunate to have stayed in 2 different room types; 1st one was a double room but single beds. Tidy enough. 2nd room was a king-size, beautiful finishing, massive ensuit and a balcony.

I’m really sorry for putting only stars for this beautiful hotel, I’ve stayed here before , this was my fourth time , no comparison with the first time . Even though they gave a wonderful , comfortable big room with an amazing view , it was dirty , ants were in the bed , the little kitchen was dirty. The Wi-Fi is awful, and the breakfast was awful, the bread was full of flies , disgusting

Yes, the reviews are correct. Beautiful view of the Harbour is very nice watching the cruise ships come and go. But…… This hotel is rundown and in disrepair. There doesn’t appear to be many staff around either. At breakfast there was an egg/omelet chef and that’s all. One morning there were no cups or glasses and no staff to get any. The egg chef said to ask the waiter. There was no waiter. The following morning the cups and glasses where plentiful but there were no drinks to put in them and the coffee machine had no coffee in it. No cereal, no fruit, no yoghurt. The salad looked fresh though if you like that for breakfast. Dinner was slightly better but still very limited. The lifts are small and slow so we often used the stairs. There’s no lights in the stairwell and the floors between ground floor and the upper floors were in complete darkness. So using the stairs was a bit hazardous. We were part of a touring group and everyone our group had problems with their rooms. Our fridge did not work, the balcony door did not lock and the bathroom tap would only muster up a very weak dribble of somewhat salty water. The air con was intermittent but as the balcony door did not lock we were able to make the use of the fresh air. Our bathroom had bits of the walls peeling off and the taps are was in need of a clean and Polish. On the plus side - it’s in a great location.

We stayed here for one night with a tour group. The room was clean, with a nice balcony view of the harbor. The meals were good. Like many other places, there is a limited selection of alcohol from the bar.

Daha çok tur müşterileri kaldığı için aşırı gürültülü, erken saatte tur Yolcuları koridordan geçerken gürültü yapıyorlar ve uyuyamıyorsun, tv karıncalı görüntüden bişi anlamadık.Çeşmeden resmen tuzlu su akıyor, dişinizi fırçalarken ağzına çok kötü bir tat geliyor, banyo deseniz berbat, yıkanırken tüm sular dışarı akıyor, sabunu şampuanı koyacak bir yer yok yere koymak zorunda kalıyorsunuz, Kahvaltı desen ayrı kötü, bazı yiyecekler üzerinde minik sinekler gördüm restoran inanılmaz bakımsız yerler kirli sandalyeler yırtılmış hatta resmini çektim, Bu oteli beğenen herhalde hayatında hiç otele gitmemiştir, kalitesizlik akıyor , bit daha asla kalmam

The hotel is badly in need of updating into the 20th century let alone 21 st ! Water appears to be rationed , no irons in room , no kettle ?!? Breakfast was basic and evening meal paltry . The room chambermaids work hard as do the waiter staff 7 days a week from what was seen but the management of the hotel so far as service and customer was terrible . Shame as the location is excellent. Needs attention to grow ….

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, smell in corridor, no lights in corridor or in the lifts could not believe how bad the building is past the reception area, 1 lovely staff member a porter who was very friendly and did his best to accommodate us ,but the rest of the staff apart from the cleaners seemed to only want to cater for rich clientele and had a horrible snooty attitude which was laughable as this hotel should not be rated at even 3 stars , although the view was beautiful sockets broken in our room most of the lights not working, plaster badly chipped on our 4" by 4" balcony , beds dated and pillows totally flat , shower clean but needing replacement..no variety in food and zero atmosphere or assistance in pool area .. Staff in the restaurant above the hotel but not actually connected to the hotel were very welcoming and helpful much much more so than the actual hotel staff and the food and atmosphere there was fantastic and I would highly recommend a visit to them.. Also the hotel receptionist on our arrival did not check us in properly for the amount of days they had been paid and they called the room numerous times demanding that we make a payment or leave, and we had to sit in the room for 2 hours until they figured out their own mistake blaming poor English on the receptionist part but not apology for the threatening calls to our room absolutely unacceptable behavior towards paying costomers ..I'm a seasoned traveller and have stayed in numerous hotels with no complaints but my experience in the Marina was a first time bad experience...

It was in short terrible. Overcrowded and under staffed. No wifi. No AC. Angry and irate passengers thronging the reception which had no solutions. No soaps in the washroom. Toiletries which had been left behind by the previous occupant. nothing that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The only thing good about it was the location.
