a kind of camping or motel but not a hotel. no hygiene small rooms like a tent no amenities no wifi even no internal phone. lack of hygiene indifferent staff average location never again. shocked when the manager gave us half pastry saying it is too costly.

We arrived at the separate part of Palm Beach called 'butik' otel. No reception , only a phone number. We were told to take any room with a key in the door! We took the 'luxury' one as we had paid over 1500tl on internet. But breakfast would not be served there but in the other hotel 15minutes walk away!! The room was beautifully decorated but the strong cooking smell from the café downstairs came into the room. The bathroom and toilets were filthy., the shower hose not connected, sticky patches on the floor which was very dusty too. We phoned the number again and it was someone from the other Palm beach who answered and who told us we could stay there. We went to see them and found their rooms equally inadequate for the price: not clean, in bad repair . So we refused to stay. They promised to refund us.....we're still waiting.

Biz ailece geceleri temiz temiz uyuyabileceğimiz gündüz vakitlerinde de çevredeki yerleri gezebilecegimizi düşünerek bu oteli tercih ettik. Hayvan dostu olması da tercih sebeplerinden biriydi ancak kalınca anladık ki herhangi bir canlının kalması için uygun bir otel değil. Hijyen sıfır, odalar temizlenmiyor, sabah kahvaltısı için sundukları yeşilliği bile yıkamaktan imtina ediyorlar. Bunun dışında müşteriye saygı da sıfır. Otelin beach bari gece saat 01:30'a kadar bangır bangır müzik yayını yapıyor odasında çocuğu olan mi bebeği olan mi umurlarinda değil Biz çok pişman olduk bu paraya daha ortalama bir yerde kalınabilir.

Denize girme ağırlıklı gelirseniz otelden memnun kalırsınız, eylül ayı başı 3 gece konakladık kahvaltısı tatminkar havuza giren biri değilim ama havuzun pek albenisi yok. bahçesi güzel şezlonk bol barı da iyi sayılır otel bu kış restorasyona girecekmiş fiyatı makul konumu çok çok iyi, limana meyhanelere yakın yürüyerek 10 dakikanızı alır, otopark var odalar yataklar rahat çok yüksek beklentisi olmayanlara tavsiye ederim. teşekkürler Palm Beach Hotel

Otelde kalmadık. Havuz ve plajdan faydalanmak için dışarıdan ziyaretçi olarak gittik. Güleryüzle karşılandık, şezlong ücreti alındı, kişi başı değil. Kolaylık sağlandı. Sakin, nezih bir yer. Erkekler için soyunma kabini yok. Kadınlar için bir tane var. Onu da biri eşyalarıyla işgal etmişti. İlgili kişiye söyledik, "yapabileceğim bir şey yok" dedi. Son ekonomik durumdan dolayı her yerin fiyatları yükseldi ama yiyecek, içecek oldukça pahalı. Otelin pekçok giriş-çıkış'ı var ve siz bir yetkili arayana kadar kimse dışarıdan geldiğinizi görmüyor, anlamıyor. Bu bence büyük bir güvenlik açığı. Bir daha gider miyim? Evet ben giderim ama erkek kardeşim, "tövbe" diyor😁. Kişiden kişiye değişiyor yorumlar yani. Çocuklarla gidip rahat edebileceğiniz bir yer bence. Kendiniz gidip karar vermelisiniz. Havuzu da güzel, denizi de. Deniz taşlı ama aynı zamanda kıyı kumlu da. Çocuğunuza kumdan kale yapabilirsiniz oradan kum alıp. İyi tatiller dilerim.

Otele girişte odayı gösteren resepsiyon görevlisi eli kolu bomboş olmasına rağmen eşyaları taşımamıza hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadı.
Oda oldukça rutubetli ve duvarlar rutubetten kabarmıştı. Çocuklu ailelerin burayı tercih ederken iki kez düşünmesi lazım. Ama otelin bahçesi plajı oldukça güzeldi.
