Encuentra apartamentos de primera calidad en Kuala Lumpur Kampung Baru

Reservé la habitación C, terminé y me alojaron en la habitación B, que es pequeña en comparación con la imagen, y no vi ninguna vista en trip.com, y el baño huele un poco mal, y fue difícil contactar a la persona. Para registrarme, me esperaron unos 30 minutos para obtener la llave. Las instalaciones son bonitas. El cuarto disponible para lavadora, secador de pelo, plancha, platos, tenedores, cuchara, vasos, papel higiénico.

Agradable, limpio, fácil de registrar, vale la pena, el precio se repetiría nuevamente, pero la limpieza mejora un poco

Investigué un poco sobre los hoteles cerca de KLCC... cuando vi la foto de la piscina y el gimnasio, decidí intentarlo en lugar de reservar el hotel adecuado... Lo que puedo decir es... la ubicación es muy buena porque está a 3 minutos a pie de las torres gemelas y está ubicada en KLCC... si solo tienes dos días, vale la pena intentarlo... Pero la gestión del servicio apto es un poco caótica... porque en realidad es residencial... no puedes esperar que puedas obtener el servicio como un hotel adecuado... Cuando quieras pedir algo… tienes que bajar al lobby… y no hay nadie en el lobby por la noche…. Los utensilios de cocina están tan usados... Ni siquiera quería intentar cocinar una tortilla con ellos porque definitivamente se quemaría... Instalación muy sencilla en la habitación… Si quieres ir a la piscina, trae tus propias toallas de la habitación… Lo bueno es que la piscina de la azotea permanece abierta hasta la medianoche y tiene una vista increíble de las torres gemelas por la noche… Pero no es lo que esperaba por el precio...

La habitación es limpia y grande lo suficiente. La vista de la habitación está en la calle. Pero no estaba en el piso alto. La cosa principal que la piscina tejada estaba cerrada durante mi estancia. Es un gran problema para turistas como yo que vino justo por unos días en KL. El hotel estaba en buenas condiciones. Muy limpio y agradable. El hotel en general fue grande y la ubicación es estratégica.

The place was even better than the pictures! Amazingly clean, modern, cozy, quiet, equipped with anything someone might need to feel at home and more importantly everything worked perfectly. A few minutes walk from the twin towers, shopping centers and nigh markets. Mr. Erfan was extremely kind and helped us a lot with our stay, we really appreciate it. Ps. Don’t forget to try the swimming pool and gym on 47th and 48th floors!

Terrible stay, dissappointed services and not well maintained facilities! Staff being unreasonable. Scam us and lied to us regards to our room. 1. Call the host (Israfil) that we have reached, he said he will come down, waited for 20mins and still not here. Only to called him again and he said he's at the lobby. And he has been standing all the while with no initiative to call us and talking to his friend. Went there and asked if he is the host. Yes, indeed he is. 2. Reached outside our hotel room and saw a hanging key and quietly went inside to our great surprise there were 3 housekeepers seating and chit-chatting at the sofa. They looked super shocked and asked again if this is my room. Get up and they turned on the aircon, with the sofa cover not covered properly and in a mess , floor carpet with crumbs?. And they looked ard maybe a last check? Terribleeeeee!!! 3. We booked for 2 three bedroom suites. Checked in and my cousin received a room with a glass door with no privacy. She is pregnant and staying with her parents and one of our other relative. She called in to have a room change. Was informed they have only 3 three bedroom suites and 1 room left which is my cousin. And mine was an upgraded 4 bedroom suite which Israfil didn't informed me it was? Googled and there's no 4 bedroom suites. Checked out, infront of my cousin asked him again if mine is an upgraded one, he said NO! Mine is 3 bedroom suite same as hers which is no. Mine has no glass door. We felt cheated. They twisted their words. 3. The whole apartment is a disaster! Laundry room toilet, the water spray is leaking. Room 1 has no lock! The room can't be closed properly with an open gap at the top corner. Beds and pillows looks stained and dirty! Master bedroom bathroom has no lock!! Maybe the lock is for show?? The bathtub is dirty have to keep washing it off for many times. Shower gel is empty. Total rundown! 4. Service is super slow!!! Asked for the spare key from checked in and was delayed till we went out and came back yet have to wait from 10pm to almost 12am after so many spam whatsapp to only received the key from a 'black face' staff (not the skin clr obviously, no racist game of course) 5. Forgotten about the rules that we cant place the rubbish outside the hotel room and forgotten to called the staff to pick up and throw, so no warning letter given for a first timer?. Straight 200rm penalty. Offered to pay but host can't issue an invoice due to holidays?. Maybe he meant weekends. After some arguments , debate here and there, finally he can issue a manual invoice. The whole experience with the services, staff and apartment makes the holidays bad!. Will never return here and no one should too. Hope the above management can have a proper background check of this company and why are they still operating. Снимали квартиру с 2-мя спальнями, квартира была чистая, стиральная машинка, минимум посуды, холодильник. Очень порадовало наличие 2-х сан узлов, для 4-х человек это важно) в одной спальне была сломана кровать (проваливалась) и постельное белье чистая синтетика, спать было на нем тяжело. Квартира находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от башен Петронас. Останавливаемся в этом доме уже второй раз. Первый раз была квартира намного хуже, поэтому советую не обращать внимания на отзывы, так как все квартиры там разные и их много. На 11 этаже есть хороший бассейн и минимальный тренажерный зал
