Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral

Located in KL Sentral and a nice shopping mall beside. The room is clean and free wifi access around the building. The size of the hotel is spacious with all the necessary amenities. Rooftop swimming pool is nice with views around the area.

overall is good, room size is big, staff are friendly, breakfast is okay but ita a bit crowded, the rooftop pool is very nice as well

This is not the first time I've stayed at Aloft KL Sentral. It's in a very good location, close to everywhere in KL. It's linked with a shopping mall and has a lot of food choices nearby and inside the mall.

Service was good, room was clean and spacious, with many TV channels to view. The location is a plus point as it is easy to get anywhere using public transport and is central enough for moving around economically in PHVs and you can wait in the cosy lobby. Breakfast spread and taste is fantastic, to say the least. For this price point, breakfast is as good as Ritz Carlton's, if not better. Special mention to Mahyud for cooking oa**eal porridge that tasted palatable and reminded me of how the childhood staple tasted. Special shoutout to the patient Head Chef Mr Atai who shared how certain dishes were made. Overall, if you are looking for a stress free stay, Aloft is your choice.

The room was spacious and located conveniently to the KL public transport. Service was good and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely come back again for future trips

The entire stay was filled with surprises! Upon check-in, I discovered that the faucet in the sink was leaking, which wasn't a major issue. However, after washing my hands, I found that the sink was completely clogged. The key issue arose when I reported it to the staff, who showed no signs of apology. They should have fixed it, because when I returned after going out, it wasn't as clogged. Yes, I stayed for 4 nights, and it did seem less clogged later on. But the surprises didn't end there. The room was equipped with a desk lamp, but when I tried to turn it on, I couldn't because, you know, their sockets were the British type, while the lamp had a European plug. This meant that the lamp they provided couldn't be plugged into their sockets. Oh, and during check-in, the receptionist asked if I had paid the tourist tax. I wasn't sure what that was, so I showed her my payment records. After checking, she said I should pay the tax, so I did as requested. However, later on, I checked my detailed payment records and found that I had already paid the tax during the reservation. I don't know if it was an issue with the hotel or with Trip.com, but I was charged twice. Later, Trip.com's customer service helped me process the refund, and I appreciate their efforts. Finally, I want to say that this hotel has a high rating. I don't know if it's due to lack of competition in Kuala Lumpur's hotel industry or something else, but overall, I feel like this hotel doesn't quite live up to the standards of being a Marriott-branded hotel. Overall, it was a weird experience

Excellentocation in the heart of KL. Interconnecting with all types of accommodation.

The hotel is near KL Sentral, very convenient to take bus/train. The staffs are nice, but the room is not very sound-proofing that can heat next room’s noice, other than that, everything is perfect.

Excellentl location, comnected to all the transportations ie Mrt,Lrt,bus, taxi, Interstate train K**, Airport train, good for early departures. The buffet service staff were excellent, courteous and food had good variety, seating may be extended outside if full. Room amenities and bedding was great. Could not choose another better hotel in Sentral KL location with NuSentral Mall , cinema, Brieckfields Indian street within walking distance.
