Valoraciones de Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara

No hubo limpieza el primer día, y cuando limpiaron el segundo, no había pantuflas, pasta de dientes ni champú. No me volveré a alojar aquí, es una mierda.

La habitación huele a viejo, sólo el vestíbulo se ve bien.

El desayuno era pobre y con poca variedad.

Nice hotel in Mont Kiara, room is spacious and clean. Shopping mall is just next to hotel with lots restaurants around.

Location was good, it was right next to sunway 163 mall. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly, though they could consider having 2 instead of 1 staff manning the reception during peak period like 11am to 1pm for check out. I did not see any concierge counter, not sure if they had one. Overall, I enjoyed my stay though it was a short one. I will definitely come back here for future visits.

Had a great stay in Hyatt House. Super friendly staff, breakfast buffet is not big but plenty of good options to eat. Tasty and healthy choices are available. The gym has good equipment and the location is great as there are plenty of food options nearby by foot.

Location, cleanliness, facilities were excellent for the price of the place. Only complaint I have is during check-in, we had arrived to the hotel at 405pm, which is more than an hour after the checkin time of 3pm. We had booked the 2 bedroom apartment, and was told that the room was not yet ready, and to come back at 5pm. At 515pm, we arrived back at the hotel and was again told the room was still not ready. We had asked the receptionist to check if there were 3 single rooms available, and thankfully he said there were so we were able to checkin at 515pm and did not have to wait further.

Very good and new hotel, I have been staying here quite a few times.

It's good location for food and enjoy with family.

Fantastic stay from check-in onwards. At the reception, Iziam was great : professional, attentive, polite and smiley. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Superb for families as the pool is fun and lots of places to eat around.

This is my sixth time staying here, so I am still so in love with the location and cleanliness of this room. Will be coming back again hopefully very soon. Looking forward for a more exciting friendship with hyatt kind treatment.

clean and hotel staff were super helpful as well! there were malls nearby too and hotel buffet was not bad
